[Resolved] Vodafone — Warning for bill payment without giving itemized bill details | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, This is Sudeep Prakash Mali,notify you that I have been warned for disconnection of my current mobile connection of [protected] for not paying the pending bills of another mobile connection [protected] without giving any itemised bill details. Being a customer this is right to know the bill details so that I can make the payment with the satisfaction.Without providing the itemised bill details,Company is expecting me to pay the entire bill amount which has been stated to me verbally which is about 923Rs. After twice of conversation also,Company had not send me the itemised bill details through e-mail on my registered email id of sudeep.[protected]@gmail.com. This is Sreenivasulu T, I am using mobile no:[protected]. I have given so many complaint regarding Vodafone services. Yesterday I have scolded to customer care people, I have given so many request regarding internet but there is no response. Today morning at 11.30 AM some body call me from [protected] this number and given warning to my life, I think he is the floor leader from customer care. Please provide [protected] – contact details who is using and who call me from this number.Please take it as high priority and take necessary action.
