[Resolved] Vodafone — Weak Network Coverage
I am Deepak Bansal having 2 Vodafone mobile connections, ! is prepaid & another is postpaid.
The prepaid number 98xxxxxx82 is associated with your Company is from Nov-2005.
I had changed my Residence location 3 years back & from last 3 years, I am continuously facing Network issue on my Mobile.
Very Bad Network in my Home indoor, incoming & out calls are disconnected with a Error Message "CONNECTION ERROR" & The other person on call not able to hear my voice properly, call drops are very frequent & I have to go to my Home main gate entrance to make call or receive every time.
I had requested Vodafone many times during these 3 years by visiting Vodafone store & by calling at customer care but there is no action/improvement in Network.
As I am a Old Customer of Vodafone, made various payments for services from past 8 yrs. This must be the responsibility of Vodafone to provide me
a satisfactory Network Coverage.
I am facing a severe issue of Network & this is very annoying, So You people are again requested to solve Network problem in my Indoor & around by arranging Boosters or whatever.
