Sir, This is Rohit Gupta.My no. is [protected].Iwanted to complain regarding the unauthorized deduction of 40n rupeees by vodafone by saying that they have activated missed call alerts although i didnt want anything of that sort.I have called their customer care several times but i cant directly speak to their customer care executives.Thus,i want an immediate reimbursement of rs.40. My no. is[protected] and suddenly a week back 30 rupees has been deducted saying that vodafone will be providing me with missed call alerts.i m a student and i cant spend so much money on nmy phone and that too for free.vodafone has charged me 40 rupees in total for this and i want to get it reimbursed.
