Vodafone — no one in this company is mean to solve the issues

i sent u this mailon 17th of march and today is 2nd of aprail and still i didnt get any reverts or any solutions from ur side so kindly tell what to do in the future and this same conversation is send to the director of TRAI and the local comitee of consumer welfare association also and one to the local area sdm and one to the president of india

My self Honey Anand and i have a your connection with the number [protected]. and this connection i am using from the last many years.
but from the last two years i am very much unsatisfied from Ur services last year 31st Dec 2008 i deposited 3200 at my account of my connection through the kiosk but till today that payment haven't updated i complaint many times but there is no use none is here to listen .

know i have one more complaint from ur company that i send a deactivation message of blackberry services as told by the customer care executive on 7th Feb and i done the same and till today i have that message which i send to Ur company on 111 but know when i got the bill in that bill i seen the detail that the services is still on at that time i talk to customer care executive but they says to me that u have to visit the Vodafone store and tell Ur problem they will help u when i visit the store they says that we don't have the power to solve this case u just mail they will help u out
know i cant understand that what should i do i should pay that amount which i don't have to or i just have to change my number because i think that i m fed up with the Vodafone plz let me know as soon as possible.
