[Resolved] Vodafone — Worst customer service and money deducted for an unknown plan | |||
I have activated 2g internet for 125INR, they deducted immediately and activated 650MB plan for 21 days., but this plan is worst than 98INR plan, and when I called customer care to deactivate and refund my money., from nowhere there are getting a new plan and trying to cheat, at last the so called manager told, it will dont in 2 hours., but after 4 hours they are saying it will take more than 24 hours., what service they give to the customers?? Just they wanna suck the public's money. The network is so bad., i keep getting roaming network in my Bangalore sim in Bangalore city. Was this information helpful? | |||

After 24 hours the reply from customer service is it will be resolved in 48 hours. Is this the best service vodafone can provide to the customer. Better windup, this is time may be., even Government network are providing better customer service.
