[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong Bill Charges

Hi There, I have been charged 14600 as monthly bill charges by vodafone.Despite of the data plan 2GB/98 Rs (internet plan) activated on my connection, i have beed charged 10/10KB for the internet. Despite of 2 months followup and 100's of calls and several mails my billing is not resolved yet. Even though i have been told/informed by vodafone customer that my actual bill amount is only Rs.194 they are not doing anything to resolve the issue.
