[Resolved]  Vodafone — Wrong SIM card delivered and no help from help center

this is the copy of the complaint submited by me on vodafone page.

My SIM number is[protected]HLR6). The number that was allocated to me was [protected]. It is still in inactive condition. I had called repeatedly on 111 and 117 to sort out this problem. They said it will get activated after 2hr every time I called. Since it was inactive till today evening hence to check I visited Mira road east vodafone ministore. There your person told me to submit all the documents once again because my SIM number is incorrect. I seriously doubt your systems. You cannot check this simple documents from your system at vodafone store. Also while issuing SIM card how should customer check SIM card number. Just before writing this note I called 111 to cancel my number and deactivate it. your person told me that my billing has not started. To confirm this I call my postpaid number ( [protected] ) from my another number and to my surprise it was ringing and a lady answered. I seriously doubt your systems and in future I am not coming back to vodafone again. Please help me in deactivating my phone number ( [protected] ). This can be serious threat as my SIM can be used by someone to do illegal activities.

My name is Gauresh Naik, and my prepaid number is [protected], which is also vodafone. I had called 111 to help me to convert my prepaid number to postpaid number but your call center guy said it would be better if you take postpaid connection. So, i agrred to take this connection. Your person from systematic knowledge services pvt limited collected my documents and handed over this post paid sim card. this persons name is nagesh sawant. I am in deep trouble and i don't want to visit vodafone store again. I sincerely believe that vodafone has not understood the meaning of "Happy to Help".

Vodafone — wrong issue of sim

hello !
my name is Mrs. Neelratna Tripathi. i took a vodafone prepaid connection in september 2008 but aftr 3 months the sim got blocked. when i complained in vodafone mini store at golghar gorakhpur, they told me that this is no. has been issued previously to some one else and since he had not submitted his id proof the no. got blocked in 3 months.
The strange part is that the retailer gave me the sealed sim card so as i feel that its the mistake of vodafone company.
my husband and daughter is also using vodafone but aftr this problem they are also going to change to another company, besides it a legal notice will be followed from consumer court for our inconvinience.

Vodafone — Not Deliver the sim card

Dear team,

I am Dilip Srivastava, registering a complaint against Alpha Telecom associate of Vodafone.

I applied for convert my prepaid card to postpaid of 12th of May 2009. and paid 349 Rs. for that. I have a receipt of it. and Till now i haven't got any response from other side. Still I make a call daily to their executive. but no positive response from there.
Here I request you to please take a necessary action against them. Either They should deliver me simcard with Scheem or refund me my all money as well.

Please do the needful. I am waiting for your response.

Dear Sir,
i had spoken to custamer care for new connection of vodaphone at [protected], he had given me assurance that our person will directly contact u.
Early morning they had call me, i had given address of hospital i was much need of that postpad connection my child was serious so i need that.i had explane him that pls do as early as possible, i had given the ducument, one photo & 300Rs he hadf told me that maximum it will take 48hour to activate the sim.
Now it was almost 9 day yet not i haven't received any sin card when i suppose to call him he will tell that morning main deta hu, saam ko deta hu, cal deta hu and finally not receving my call at office & the person who had came.

Vodafone — again and again deactivate sim card

useless vodafone service.
my mobile no.[protected]. all ready i m submit address proof. then again my mobile deactive. it is 3rd time to deactived mobile. pls activate my mobile.
