[Resolved] Vodafone — wrongly billed / their careless mistake | |||
I’ve been on a hold for 46 min with out any help for my mom's bill today, which is a new connection , Imagine me facing crap with the very first bill I wonder how will this carry on and when I called back I was informed that they cannot transfer the line to the billing ..Wow! either of the ex's are liars In fact Id say Vodafone itself is a big time Liar, coz when we have to get a new connection there are hundreds of things promises but once the connection is taken they care a for what happens with the customers account.. Plus the WORST WORST WORST customer service ever! Their executives are useless and I feel the most dumdums on this Earth who can hardly understand simple English and it seems they themselves are not aware of the system and rules. Aw crap Vodafone.. I wonder if I would get help for the bill as they have overcharged which is one more common SKILL of Vodafone to CHEAT their customers. Ultimately after getting through with one they told me that I’ve to pay for the data usage coz they updated the information late on my moms account.. From the very beginning I was having troubles with this new connection they barred my mom's number with out information and keeping a tab of Rs 500 as credit limit, now what crap is this why would someone have a post paid number if you want to have a tab of Rs 500 rather take a pre paid and use it accordingly.. Where the hell are your brains? After many 100 of calls I could resolve that issue for 5 days the number was barred. Secondly, the plan given was 399 per month with 100 discount and data free for 3 months with 1GB free. Now isn’t this your work to update the account as soon as you start with the new connection, or is this the way you can cheat your customers with extra money. Today when I check the bill, Im charged extra rental plus extra for data usage even when my mom’s data usage is less then 1Gb. Now who’s fault it is if you don update the data information at the right time why do I pay for those extra days. Plus in those extra days my moms number was barred for 5 days. So out of 14 days 5 days she could not even use the service she is been charged for. What kind of service are you providing, on top of it your slogan is Happy to Help you! utter crap service and cheat service provider, Im now even tired of writing mails to you rather the only thing Ill do now is not pay u a single penny and pick a new service provider if you DO NOT RESOLVE my issue soon.
