hi, i have applied for PDC on 6/03/2010 allready 24 days over still i did not get so pls any one can tell me wts s the problem...

i (1ay05ec085) applied for my PDC in the month of 25/2/2010, ...and the university sent the pdc of MR SATYASHEEL BHARADWAJ, , bearin d usn numb(1nc04me022), instead of mine, ., . i sent the same pdc of satyasheel back to the university on 25/3/2010 by speed post, .., . but till today(2/4/2010), i have not received my pdc, ... please send my pdc at the earliest, .

i applied for my provisional certificate on 11/03/2010, with enclosed dd of 200Rs,
still now i not get my privisional certificate.
