[Resolved] VTU — VTU Degree certificate even after 2.5 months | |
Hi , I have applied for Duplicate Degree certificate on 12 th August 2009 @ Visveswaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Since the authority guy was on leave for next 2 days they told will be couriering the degree certificate to postal address within a week. Weeks passed like anything till now i have not received my degree certificate. I tried to contact VTU via telephone 90 % of the time they will not receive the telephone which they had given me, the number is[protected]/ 138. Luckily they picked phone call 1 month back, that to after 1.5 months they told will be sending it by 1 week or so. I dont know y working people over there think as if they are doing a favour , it is there work to do. That also passed already 1 month over totally 2.5 months over i have not received the certificate, If i call to other VTU block they will give the same number to contact but none of them are receiving nor replying. I have paid 1700 rs DD also. I am feared whether it will be losed. My USN is 1DA02CS088 Please help me from this phathetic drama from VTU. I hope i can get any response atleast by sending this mail. Hi im 2005-09 batch vtu student now doing M tech i still haven't get my degree certificate
i called vtu belgaum[protected] lots of time but they didn't pick the call. one day they picked and told me to call on evening, again i called but they again told call in morning. just like that they did many times. after 15days again i called they told u haven't applied!!!.
i shocked to here that i payed 1100 rs including 8th sem exam fee but they telling you are not applied and u have to apply with 700 rs(included penalty), i wont have even xerox copy of the form which i have submitted.so its my humble request to those people who working in vtu don't play on students money. And also to my vtu friends pls take the xerox copy of any filled form related to vtu, its help you to get justice. thanku

Its always better to go to VTU Belgaum to collect the certificates..
I would be doing that, but one of my 6th sem markscard is missing, can i apply for the same there?
Will I get my PDC in a day or 2?
Also any documents to be submitted for PDC when you are going there?

Will VTU issue PDC after i received Convocation certificate ? Why i need PDC is because the convocation certificate contains the date when i received for eg : Conatins date as April 2011 it rather than my actual passing year is July 2010. My company is requesting for it.
or is there any alternate document from VTU having passing year mentioned just like PDC ?

I have not received my convocation certificate even though i passed out in June 2010.I have benn trying to contact VTU my phone, email but I have not got any response.People have advised to go to Belgaum and get the certificate but I want to confirm their working days and hours before i apply a for leave frrom work and make that journey.
Can anyone please tell me if they work on Saturdays and how long does it normally take to get the certificate once you get to their office?
