Western Railways — penalty

This complaint is regarding E-ticket booking :
I had booked E-ticket for travelling to mumbai from jamnagar & the details are as follows :
train num : 19018, Train name : Sau Janta Exp, PNR :[protected] Date of journey : 27/03/11

As i had booked E-ticket I need 1 Photo Id Proof : I was having original I-card & railway pass issued by central railways & copy of driving license,

TTE from jamnagar allowed this documents but some one from rajkot dint allowed this documents gave me threating for getting down of train or paying penalty of Rs 580. My ticket was of 370 Rs & i was charged penalty of Rs 580. The receipt num is 08

This is unfair done to me & there is no of E-ticket services if such penalties are charged even after having documents
