Myself Ralph D'Souza aged 70 years. I face lot of problems while travelling from Vasai to Mumbai in the HANDICAPPED compartment. We, HANDICAPPED PEOPLE, cannot enter or alight safety, as so many normal general public also board the said compartment. The Vasai station master showed helplessness, when I contacted him.

Western Railways — Mismanagement in issuing smartcard recharge at Vasai Road Station
I had gone to the western railways ticket counter at Vasai Road railway station (W) specially set up for recharging the SMART Cards issued to recharge my card. However, the person at the ticket window responsible for the same denied to recharge my card, stating that it was his closing time, his collegue also told him to recharge my card, however he denied to him too. It was ridiculous as to how a person can says such things when 'on duty' and I had to catch my train to go for an official visit, I therefore asked him his name to which he denied again, thereafter I told him that I want to register a complaint against him and I needed his name, he again denied. So I clicked a photo of this employee to register a complaint which is attatched herewith.How can an employee refuse to recharge a Smart Card on the ground that it was his 'closing time' and no one was there to take charge of the duty?? This person was already wasting time on duty chatting with colleague rather doing his work....
Can anybody provide relief to the commuters from such lazy staff of western railways....Good for nothing
