Western Railways — waiting list passenger travelling in reserved coach

I am afrequent traveller from mumbai to surat/vadodara and ahmedabad. I always purchase ticket well in advance to avoid discomfort.

But nowadays it has become common tendency of public of purchasing waiting list ticket and travelling in reserved coaches and causing problems for other passenger

what kind of action are railway authority taking to stop this.

this is a common practice happening in each of this train will the railway auhority do something against this
