[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Whirlpool - Worst after sales service

Washing Machine (sixth sense) has been giving me a problem for the last one year of too much vibrations / shaking when on spin mode. The exact problem is yet to be identified by the service care pers. They have made me change the washing machine wheels 3-4 times. They also tried to tell me that probably the flooring of the house is uneven. The worst happened when recently the service care pers did not even operate the machine and remarked, " the wheels need changing ", he further recommended that the the washing machine be put on a wheel base trolley. WHAT A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM !! WAKE UP WHIRLPOOL AND DO SOMETHING. ATLEAST GET SOME TECHNICALLY QUALIFIED PERS IN YOUR SO CALLED SEVICE CARE TEAM.

Whirlpool Sixth Sense Washing Machine — Worst Quality

Hi,

I have purchased Whirpool Washing Machine - Sixth Sense. It is almost 3 Yrs since I have purchased and in these three yrs the frequency of service call I have made is so high that a very good quality shouldnt. We have been facing so many problems, but we there is no body to provide an excellent service from company. I feel Whirlpool is one of the third grade service as well as in Quality in recent yrs. I would suggest better think twice before purchasing the products of whirlpool. Even the Customer Care is so bad that they have no positive response and the same with the service engineers, Overall the Servicing and also the spares of Whirlpool has become so in efficient thet it doesnt last long. Its hopeless buying such costly products of WHIRLPOOL. I am really frustrated of such an third grade product as well as an third grade service provided.

I bought a Whirlpool Microwave oven in the month of April'08 and after 3 months had problem with the appliance and registered a complaint with the Customer Srvice on 9/15/08.The service personnel turned up on 9/30/08, opened up the microwave oven and said that a chip on a board had to be replaced and they would attend to it in a couple of days(they even did not fix back the screws of the back panel).Inspite of about a hundred phone calls to the customer care they have still not come back to replace the same as on 11/26/08.
Even t'day when i call them the cust.service exec replies that they are working on it and will get back with the details in a couple of hours.
I feel this company has the worst after sales servicing.
I am contemplating about going to Consumer Redressal Forum to get the refund for the microwave.
I bought a A/C Magic Cool of whirlpool. I agree that their is a magic in it because A/C without cooling.
I am also permanent customer and my permanent customer id is 4841774.in previous one year the service people of whirlpool change my A/C's compressor two times and now my A/C is doing another magic it produces so much sound, my neighbors complaints me that please switch off you’re A/C. Sir please advice me what to do. Is their any way that the company replace my A/C.

I am not sure if you have any system of customer care you carefully note everything on every occasion your system is approached but every time without any result. If you don’t have a recall value of your customer does not give a toll free number to waste customer’s time.

I requested for my Ac wet service on 17th April I was told that on 18th April it will done. Again I was called up on18th April they said tomorrow will be done positively. I was planning to buy 2 more AC’s for my house for the quality of the product “BUT SERIOUSLY THINKING OF SOME OTHER PRODUCT BECAUSE OF QUALITY OF SERVICE WHICH DOESN’T EXIST”. As a protocol I am giving my email id and Telephone no. knowing that nothing will happen. You can very well understand what sort of mental torcher I am going through.

we bought a new 2 ton split ac one month back. we had problem from time of installation .there was a wire missing in the package. two boys who came for installation bought some wire from the nearby shop and installed the machine.from that time there is no cooling effect. after repeating the complaint for more than a month they sent a person who knows a liitle not able to answer simple question that we ask.customer care is very poor and there is no e mail address too to launch a complaint. we have burnt our fingers buying a whirlpool product, and i advice everyone not to buy one

i bought washing machine last year. yesterday i had a problem with the machine. i called to your call center they didn't reply me properly and after 35 hrs. the call center person give me the number of service center. i was ringing them from last 30 mins. the ring was going on and nobody ans. the phone. and sfter that i call back to call center they put me on hold for 25 min. and then said that service center gonna call you. there is one person name krunal (at ahmedabad) gave me call and also put me on hold for 20 min. now i am strugling from last more than 50 hrs. and your service team not ansering me properly. so can you plz help me out from this problem & take some action against krunal or the service center at ahmedabad who misbehave with me. i'll wait for your positive reply.

A pathetic after sales service by Great Whirlpool India Ltd all over India. Products are poorly designed but made sales through hectic initial advertisements in the media. I have suffered from last FOUR years not only in Delhi but in Mumbai and Goa too.

I bought a Whirlpool Genius Refrigerator (MODEL. NO.A212369 E700, Sr.No. INCO[protected] on dated 22.04.2009 from Selection Center, Nagothane, Tal.Roha, Dist, Raigad after one month found that one wheel of Refrigerator was not proper than I raised a complained and your engineer came at my home and as per his recommendation Refrigerator was replaced but the Refrigerator witch was replaced are not checked by your persons and send my home without checking when I was start the Refrigerator found that Refrigerator is not working (Not Cooling) I raised a complain at your service center com. No.8500 and your engineer was visited at my place as per him the compressor of refrigerator is failed due to this the refrigerator is not giving proper cooling the matter was also discussed with Mr. Ajay but the matter is still pending .
Please suggest to me how come it is possible that the top classes company refrigerator is failed within 5 to 6 days and after 15 days of complain no action taken by your side.

It is my bad luck I purchased a Whirl pool AC. I purchased a Whirl pool A C mastermind 1 ton capacity in April 2009. It stopped working 0n 25 th 0f August. I complained but no one cares to attend to my complaint. I am going to consumer court shortly if no body turns down in another 1 weeks time.
I have purchased one Whirl pool double door fridge 220 liters nearly 4 years back, after 1 st year itself it found rust on the body, we complained it to your service center they simply made a visit and charged Rs.250 as inspection charges for telling that it is "rust" on the fridge's body. ( that is what the complaint we registered with them and we are not expect this kind of product quality from the company like "whirlpool".After that 2nd and 33rd year also we got problem with the fridge (you go through your customer service record. And now it is found that water is filled in between the wall wall of body. And we discussed this with your service provider, they said that it is because of the manufacturing defect The whole unit has to be replaced. So I am requesting you do the need full at the earliest
