I have taken one Whirlpool Proton Refrigirator in the month of Nov 2010 before Diwali. Led Bulb in the Defreez Zone is not working since two months. I have raised a Service Complaint No HD[protected] dated 26th Aug 2011. Till date my problem is not rectified and resolved. When contacted to customer care 60008558 they are saying the complaint is still open and they are not able to resolve the problem due to shortage of the spare part.
