how can we believe that this is not a fake mail

I received a message on my phone (03/04/2013) saying there is an urgent interview call .Asking me to downlosad my letter from (wipro.apply0781&gmail.com) http://ge.t/1MyVAuc/v/0.
I immediately searched online as i guessed it as fake and i saw hundreds of similar complaint registered already.

Kindly look into the matter.

settlement amount & release letter not received yet
My name is Donna Tochhawng, i worked for wipro BPO New Delhi, for 9 months from Feb 2002 to Nov 2002. i have not yet received my release letter and settlement money. I was told that everything would be taken care of but nothing has come up. I had given up on sending mails after mails as I never received any response. please kindly anyone help, how to recover it from wipro? thank you...

Wipro bpo kolkata is my employer for 3.5 yrs now. I'm currently in my services as a team leader for BT retail process(client). I'm being questioned on the grounds of integrity and was being threatened to resign. When I asked for specific reasons for decision to terminate me in writing, they changed the decision and asked me to continue my services in the company but for a different process(client).

I was forcefully asked to sign a warning letter and was humiliated by shouting and insulting me on conference calls. I'm being told that the repurcation of 2 warning letters as per company policy will result in a ding in my appraisal rating for the upcoming year. Hence, I would not be able to apply for any promotion or growth in the organization for the next 1 yr.

I am running a e sahaj Basudha Kendra in Vill-Narsanda,Dist-Nalanda(Bihar).so got a wipro laptop.now There is problem in lcd screen and need replacement as per invoice warranty period is from 23.12.2011 t0 23.12.2012.I have lodge the complaint regarding my problem to wipro on 21.12.2012 and engineer came to check the product on[protected].now wipro is saying that your warranty period is over so we can not replace the lcd screen.and the vendor from I got the laptop i.e SREI SAHAJ e-VILLEGE LIMITED is saying that contact Wipro- Now What do I do.So please take necessary action and help me to get replaced LCD screen.I have the invoice and wipro engineer visiting report.

Since i am a offrole employeer in your wipro industry from last 1 and 6 months. Since i am working in the East region of West bengal in Kolkata Project (Family Credit India Ltd.) . Since I have got a better oppurtunity to work with another company with a good profile and i just wanted the experience letter should be realsed.But unfortunately we have to serve for 30 days of notice period but with that i have server only 17 days and rest days i have fall with a severe illness.

Since i have requested the program manager Mr. Somnath Guin and also requested the Site Incharge Mr. Debrato Roy for feeding me the release Letter but they wouln't provide me at all. Since Also they have stayed my 2 month Salary as well. Since I have shared my medical Fitness Certificate with them also but they urge me to go there and work and recent past many of our worker in the organisation has worked only 20 days and they got the release letter.

So i will request you to please intervene in this matter and provide me the release letter and the withheld salary for which i will be very obliged to you.

I am really upset as i never expected these kind of things from a reputed organisation like Wipro. I went for an interview for finance non-voice process in this organisation ( Wipro BPO, Sarita Vihar ) on 19th Nov, 2012 and i cleared all the three rounds . They told me that i am selected and i need to submit all my documents along with the NOC certificate (As I am pursuing MBA IIP from MDU Rohtak and I already told the managers - Mr. Banjeet Boro, Mr. Kamal & Mr.Rajiv that i am pursuing this course and according to this course i can do job on a regular basis, my 2nd semester's exams are over and i only have to appear in the examinations which will be going to happen in the next 5-6 months and i already told the managers very clearly all these things and at that time they were ok with this, only they asked for the NOC Certificate and a mail from the HOD from the college. On 23 nov , i provided the same and in return they provided me LETTER OF INTENT which shows that for which designation i was appointed for along with the package i will be getting and according to this letter i need to be there on 26th nov 2012 for pre joining documentation formalities. They asked me to attend the INDUCTION program on 27th Nov, 2012 at Wipro Jasola. I did the same and the same day my salary account was also opened in HDFC Bank (A/C no. [protected]). But now they are denying for my appointment. According to my recruiter Mr. Banjeet Boro, the hiring manager has changed their mind. Please help me out what should exactly i do????
I thought i am selected in Wipro so i told "NO" to all the open opportunities , which was there with me at that time. But now i am helpless and not be able to understand what should be done???? I want to take some legal action against the company. They dont have any right to spoil my career.

Unfair Employment and Bad Experience with Wipro Infotech Bangalore

Wipro to me was: Wipro was one of my dreams Company, an ocean of opportunities for learning, An Organization that offers great career, diversify learning and growth and I trusted Wipro Supervisors and Managers
Before Wipro: I was working in an organization “Webstar Logic System” as System Admin and I was getting salary 12k per month and I was having certification in CCNA and MCP
I joined Wipro Infotech from a partner Techwave Infosolution Pvt. Ltd on 7th July 2007 appointed as L2 Desktop Engineer with salary package same 12k per month, As Wipro was one of my dream company so I joined.
After I Joined Wipro Infotech and I got assurances time to time that I will get growth and permanent employee as a core engineer after finishing my retainer ship, and some people told that once you are in Wipro your life is settle. I upgraded my skill set, did my MCP, MCSE, CCNA and VMware ESXi5.0 server to make myself fit in this industry. But now I lost my primary technical skills, knowledge, my certifications also expired due to no use in the project given and now I am on same position where I was 5 years back. Several time told them to change project where I can utilize my technical skill. Now I am no more employee of Wipro Infotech Bangalore.

1st YEAR
After joining Wipro Infotech work given as backup support engineer for 2 months and then placed me in Blackberry Domain at client site Reliance Communication. In 1st year itself I upgraded my certification from MCP to MCSA. I work sincerely, honestly and very positive about my job. Later my supervisor informed me that the process of my appraisal is going and salary will increase.
2nd YEAR
Nothing happen in appraisal only my FMS ID got changed. I ask about appraisal, updated to me after 2 years completing you will convert to retainer and salary will increase. I work sincerely, honestly. I got many appreciations from customer and I came in weekly highlights in Wipro.
3rd YEAR
Nothing happen for my appraisal and no process of retainer conversion, I requested for site change and conversion as I was losing my primary technical skill, knowledge, experience due to no use of it in client site. Having certification in CCNA and MCSA, My CCNA Certificate also got expired.
My supervisor updated to me due to age limit policy of Wipro unable to process for retainer conversion and informed after 3 years completing will directly convert to core role. I was happy that I will be in core role, I work sincerely, honestly and politely supported to client.

4th YEAR
After 3 years my franchisee partner of Wipro “Techwave Infosolution Pvt. Ltd” got closed.
Then my conversion started and converted to retainer on 7th Oct 2010 not on core role, I ask why retainer role, Informed me work one year in retainer role then you will be converted to core. Here I didn’t understand where Wipro age limit policy is gone.
After converted to retainer with salary 17K placed me at client “Sistema Shyam Teleservice Pvt. Ltd.”, Brand name MTS as same Blackberry Support Engineer. I found there were no work in Blackberry and work given of call center and data card support. Find the trail mail work given for your reference.
Later I found in mywipro profile my designation was Desktop L2 Engineer & changed to Desktop L1 Engineer. I sent mail regarding clarification but no response.
5th YEAR
I requested for project change and core conversion as I was losing my primary technical skills due no use of it and not interested to do call center job. Again updated to me that you should complete 2 years in retainer role then core conversion will start.
Later in the month of March 2012 I move out from MTS project and kept on bench and later on 15 May 2012 “Sistema Shyam Teleservice Pvt. Ltd.” MTS Blackberry project contract also got closed from Wipro Infotech.
6th YEAR RUNNING
From March 2012 to 6th Oct 2012 I am on bench and supporting as backup engineer roaming in different client sites
Finally I shocked to hear, My supervisor said that they unable to process for core conversion due to policy of Wipro as I have education gap and informed me you have 2 months remaining for retainer agreement expire, So better you start looking new job.
As discuss with HR people they said retainer conversion will happen after completing 24 months in franchisee and core conversion after 2 year in retainer. I know if managers take special approval than conversion from franchisee to retainer can done after one year and from retainer to core can be done in one. I know some engineers who are converted in one year itself. If required those details I can provide that also

 After 1 year completing and in appraisal my FMS id changed from Tec2-s2-0366 to Tec2-s2-0617. Don’t know why they changed.
 Work 3 years with same salary 12k, No growth and no increments
 Retainer conversion done after 3 years when partner of Wipro “Techwave Infosolution Pvt. Ltd” got closed, instead of 24months as per policy of Wipro.
 Work given of call center for 2 years in MTS protect
 Downgraded my designation from Desktop L2 Engineer to Desktop L1 Retainer
 I loses my primary technical skills due to no use in client site and also expires my certification
 5 Years work of L1 Engineer job and call center job
 Every year they made me fool by telling we will do that, this etc. Find attached mail for your reference
 During this my work period in Wipro, with this small salary and day by day increasing the living cost I faced and facing many difficulties to maintain my families cost

Why work given of L1 Engineer in different domain after appointing L2 Engineer?

Why 3 years taken to convert into retainer instead of 24 months?
After losing all my technical skill where should I go?

Everyday early morning the KSRTC bus facility is available from Turuvekere to Banasandra for pushpul train. Today Morning at 5.30 AM i travelled by KSRTC bus from Turuvekere to Banasandra.

Within 7 months all the 3 CFL went bad.When I contacted Total mall sales guys, they refused the guarantee bluntly.
Whom the customer will complain as the franchises are not adhering to the policies from the parent product company.
