    Complain NUmber: 1-[protected] I Got transfer from mumbai to pune, so i called tikona care on 6th June regarding transfer process. The tikona executive asked me for new location pin code, i have given pincode, then he said we have tikona service thier, you can take DEVICE to pune and will provide you installation in pune within 3 days. Then after 2 week they did installation. When i got july month bill they have added device charges 1500, from that day i was complaining to tikona care regarding bill issue, now today almost 2 months passed still my issue has been not resolved, every time they are saying same thing i have escalated your point and will resovle in 24 hrs to 48 hrs, but now almost more than 2 MONTHS has been passed and my issue has not been resolved.

      I took MTS connection through Wipro years back, after i changed to new location my MTS connection was not working. So i informed MTS more than 5 to 6 times, but i got the reply as i will get a call back. No one never called me back. So i finally decided to disconnect my MTS connection and placed a request by June. But MTS didn't respond to that too. I communicated the customer care so many times, but i never faced such a worst customer service ever. Customer care accidentally transfer the call to service team one day and i informed them to disconnect my MTS number and they informed me to settle the final payment of 2231 to do the disconnection. I did it and got a confirmation twice from MTS people says it got disconnected permanently. But last week i got a bill for 147 again. It is so annoying with MTS looting customers money. I felt it so illegal. Please take action. My MTS number is : [protected] Compliant no: 2306348

        I, Dr. N. Charyulu, an NRI from Australia am currently living in Hyderabad, India. On Tuesday 11th Sept 2015 at about 11 am I rang up Tel No.[protected] to contact a friend of mine who is working as a Senior Software Engineer. I requested the receptionist and gave the name of my friend with all the initials. The receptionist bluntly told me she can’t trace the person with initials and wanted his full name and cut off the phone. After 2/3 hrs I found his full name and rang up the same telephone no. The same receptionist lifted up the phone and I gave full name this time. She was rude this time and without making an effort to trace him she told me that “We are busy now and contact me after I hour or so”. I am very annoyed but controlled my anger. Once again, after 2 hours or so I rang the No. and once again the same receptionist lifted up the phone and after recognizing my voice she immediately told me I have to wait 1 hr or more. This time I got very angry, frustrated and cut off the phone. Is this the duty of a receptionist for a famous Company like Wipro? She is rude, manor less and does not know how to talk on phone to public. Please take some disciplinary action on this receptionist. Please let me know the outcome of this complaint ([protected]@hotmail.com).

          I worked with wipro boo powai mumbai for 3 months and I must say supervisors are so cheap that they will abuse you on your family too. I will mention thee names. DENZIL (MANAGER) AMITABH VORACIOUS (TL) AND AFSAAN FURNITURE WALA they are from BT process. I must say this 3 are very cheap L. If your new and you don't know something this people will go on your family and actually they will demotivated you. Please don't waste your time with WIPRO THE GREAT COMPANY.

              E- ticket no[protected], flight 9w117. My experience was pathetic while collecting the boarding pass. I came in 4 hrs before thinking of doing some shopping but could not get a chance because of jetairways. One baggage was oversized and without a boarding pass I was asked to drop in to other counter and come back for ticket collection. The oversized bag counter person didn't accepted without boarding pass. I was asked again to queue even after explaining the case. When I reached the counter again after 30 mins, the other lady refused to issue and asked to check with same counter lady. Horrible. Due to lack of time I am not writing other stuffs.

              This complaint is against Jet Airways flight by which I recently travelled in from London to Mumbai on 31st July 2015. So please direct this to Jet Airways complaint. Moreover, one of my baggage was torn when I collected it from Mumbai airport due to mishandling as well. So there are 2 issues -

              1. Hassle during boarding pass issued byJet Airways staff at Heathrow.
              2. Mishandling of baggage

                I am Lahari Dintakurthi and my Trading account no :2470023. I am having a salary account at HDFC bank, But they deduct Rs 340.86 on 17th july, 2015 and RS. 454.86 on 20th july, 2015 from my savings account and give explanation that, your de mat and trading account open and for knowledge center course they deducted.I told them I am not aware of that trading accounts also told them that please close those accounts ...so they revert my amount...???

                  Dear Sir Re: Complaint Against indecent and misbehavior by Wipro Service Engineer I Mr. Kishan Jetharam Rathod, am an RICOH SP 210su Printer user since last 9 months. Recently my printer started giving me problems like Paper jam, White Line on Prints. As a result • I gave complaint about the same to RICOH Customer Care and got Docket no LPF107946. • The next day I received a call from Wipro Service Engineer, Vinod Yadav [protected] on my mobile number that he will visit my shop to service my printer and rectify the printing errors. • I also received an sms “Dear Customer your Ticket with id [protected] has been scheduled to be attended and the wipro certified engineer is expected to visit on before 2015/07/15 15:15:13 for any future assistance please mail to [protected]@wipro.com Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 Pm” from Wipro Service. • On 16th July 16, 2015 at 11:52 am the Wipro Service Engineer, Vinod Yadav visited my shop. I narrated my printer’s problem to him. He demanded Rs 500/- as service fees and did not listen to my problems and started bad words saying in Hindi “ KYA MAI CHUTYA HUN KYA, MAI 6 SAAL SE IS LINE ME GAAND NAHI MARAR RAHA HUN” he also said that he will report negatively that my toner is bad and that my printers warranty will be expire on his report . I was shocked to hear his bad mouth and disappointed that a Wipro Service Engineer can go to what extend to exhort money from clients. • He forcefully took my printers service print and left my shop much to my dismay. This indecent attitude by an Engineer representing Wipro Service is shocking, it left me concerned and worried that I have made a great mistake by purchasing RICOH SP 210su Printer and called for the service of the same. • I immediately called the RICOH customer care and intimated them about the happenings and the conversation of Wipro Service Engineer, Vinod Yadav and the pathetic condition of my printer. • They just took note of the problem and said they will rectify my problems, but still no calls have come to me nor any person visited my premises to give me solution. PRAYER It is therefore respectfully prayed that you kindly: • Take a serious note of my complaint hereinabove; • Give solution to my RICOH SP 210su Printers problem. • Take necessary precautions that such incident is never repeated. • Take action against the said representative.                     purchased a cfl from amazon.in of wipro company installed it after few days and its not working these cfls comes with 1 year warranty so the wipro is liable to change the cfl in case they malfunction within a year (amazon is not responsible for it) so i called wipro consumer care to get the cfl replaced called customer care 10-15 times no body picking up the call sent an email again no reply they can call me on [protected]

                      i went for pay my electricity bill at 6:55pm they said its closed. why early means they said rudely its refused to take my bill. i asked manger he and all to gather shouting on me and they came to fight on me. they are no words to not use. rudeness and there no respect for people who came there and there not ask anything simply chit chating with others. MY REQUEST IS TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS KIND OF Behaviors. thanks venkatesha n

                        I am Geetha Venkatraman from Trichy. My Wipro reference number is [protected]. I am selected in Wipro through one off campus drive in trichy and I have got my Appointment letter also. Due to some reason i didn't receive my date of joining mail. I have asked about that through Wipro Toll Free number but they told me to complain through manager.[protected]@wipro.com. Then I have inquired about that but they asked me to wait for the next batch to join in that company. I have mailed for the updates instantly but they told me to wait. By that one year has gone. Because of that i have lost many opportunities from other companies. Now they are not responding to my mail and I am calling to the toll free number for more than 20 times in a day but no one is attending the call. I am really suffered a lot. Please do the needful.

                            I have sent an e-mail to WIPRO PF department on 20th April 2015 regarding my UAN number. My details are not completely filled up by WIPRO in PF site and I am not able to withdraw my PF balance. I am following up this with wipro last three months and I have not received any proper solution form them. I dont know how much time they need to fill my correct details in the system. Please help me.

                                Hello West side, This is Raviteja from Bangalore having membership in west side (WOW[protected]. I'm very much frustrated with your Men's Attire that I purchased at westside Chennai. I raised complaint at Chennai westside but no proper quality. My shirt/T-shirt are getting torn in single wash. I've got replacements having poor quality again. I'm very much dissatisfied for the T-shirt which I put on my birthday.Going forward I'd never buy any attire. I'd throw your membership card on your face at Chennai Westside in vadapalani forum mall. I'll raise a case against you in consumer court or I'll upload my bad experiences in all social websites, tell my colleagues not buy from west side. Go to hell and do what ever you want. Instead I'll buy from other brands where I've not faced this problem Finally I felt like road side dresses are much more better than the dresses in westside (Reasonable quality at less price). That is your quality rating imagine your brand value

                                    hi, I would like to address few concerns which i experienced last month while leaving wipro. they didn't gave me complete clearance even after the relieving date, which was 08.05.2015.i served the complete 2 months of notice period as per the company policy and planned my joining in another company.i thought like wantedlly they didn't gave me the clearnce till the last date just to make my condition more worse.i was chasing each and every departments but no body responded like a professional.at one point of time it sounded like i am dealing with some frauds.This was never expected from such a global level organization.finally after along chase i got clearance on 14.05.15.but they gave me salary only till 08.05.2015.also, due to this my joining in next compny got delayed by a week.i lost a week salary in my next comapny and also lost a flight ticket value of money which i booked as per earlier plan.also, they have asked me to give 60000rupees in the name of service bond.i paid that too also.but still lost a lot of money due to their irresponsible behaviour.i would like to ask you to take the neccessary action on this.and also i want compensation in return.

                                      I was there at wipro bpo for interview...I was made to wait for 8 hours...there after in spite of proper capabilities and potential I got...I was rejected for nine reason...I was not even given the score...I am expecting an immediate apology from Bharat shetty and Hema hr...asap...else am filing a complaint...
