Hi, I have worked with Wipro bpo for 10 months and i have still not got my last month salary and PF settlement mail from company;s side. My date of joining was 29Sep2013 and i have worked till 1 June 2014. Please help me out. Regards, Nishu Sharma

A fraud mail came to my id asking to come for an interview and asked to pay 9600 as deposit. Please take this complaint seriously as many youngsters will be misused by them. And ur name too will get spoiled. Please take necessary actions soon.

In December I got selected by wipro and they said they will give offer letter soon but nothing happened we called the hr again and again and everytime we got the different reasons like CTC is not fixed, recruitment is still going on, waiting for financial year to get over, and suddenly after 7 months they said we are not sure they just played with my career I was barred from sitting in the placements after that and now when hardly any company is coming and session going to get over they said why don't you sit for placements again I feel so frustrated cant we do anything to them if they were not sure then why they came to recruit at least I could have many chances

There was conspiracy hatched around me that has endangered my life by the following.
1. Food poisoning.
2. Manipulation and creation of work place harassment created havoc in my personal life resulted in memory loss and I'll -health & impact on my personal life and failed to perform basic necessities for period of time.
3. Will full harassment by the senior management and forceful commitment of suicide.which could be as part of multiple attempts for my assassination by my in-laws and their family through their influence.

hi guys This is krishna From Bangalore .. last month I Attended Interview Wipro Infotech In Mysore For Remote Desktop Engineer Post.They Conduct First Round As Online Written Exam (aptitude test) . If You Clear That Round They Send To Next HR Round . So I cleared First Round And I Attend Second Round (HR Round) . HR Ask Some Simple Question To Me Tell Abt Your Self, You Ready To Work In Night Shift Like That. First Round And Second Round They Conduct Properly. After This Round HR Call Two Technical Persons To Conduct Interview.Totaly We Are Four Members To Attended Technical Round. But That Technical Persons Taking Interview Without Interest. They Taking Two Two Person At a Same Time. One Guy Asking Question And Another Guy Using Cell Phone And chat With Some One And Ask Irrelevant Questions.I Have Strong Resume And Good Knowledge. They Conduct Interview Just For Formality. And Finally HR Say We Update To You And I Am Not Selected. Company Surly Get Bad Name. Because Of This Type Of Persons Working In Company ... So Guys Don't Waste Your Valuable Time And Money

My issues still remains un-resolved even after completing all the formalities. Is this a sign of being ethical? I have sent more than 30 emails in last 5 months and made approximately 40 calls each month but till today i was unsuccessful. I didnt know that this is how #Wipro behaves with their #ex-employee!I wish i could attach all the emails here, but my bad its not possible. I was surprised to know that even after escalating it to the escalation team there is absolutely no response. No one seems to be serious about their work ? Now its time for me to give up as i am tired writing emails (essays). Most annoying part is that you don't receive any acknowledgement for your emails nor anyone receives phone calls. I have no other option than giving up at this stage.

We are paying all taxes like salary, house tax, road tax for vehicles and all are transparent to people. Then why toll booth expiration or agreement is not transparent to people who is paying to the booths regularly. I see some toll booth still collecting money from people after the agreement also ends. And its our people right that we should also know when that agreement also ends because we are paying in all toll booths. Please make the road agreement transparent.

She takes an advance of Rs.3000 from new joinees and then never pays it back when those girls leave the PG. Instead they are threatened and mentally tortured which makes these girls leave the PG without getting the deposit amount. She also charges a maintainance fee and also abuses the girls.We tried giving complaint at nearest police station but he escaped from that complaint through his relative who is a retired police officer.As we are girls we are not able to protest against this thinking about the after effects.The owner of this PG is from Andhra and she charges Rs.6000 per head per month. Also she charges the new joinees as he like. I believe that the person running paying guest accommodation needs to pay commercial tax. She doesn’t pay any commercial tax for PG buildings. Myself Mohan.R.Am working in a company in Coimbatore. Last Thursday am talkin in mobile on roadside over my bike(R.S.Puram near BATA showroom), suddendly two police cops came and snatching my bike from me and asking for my licence, i was astonished why those cops are behaving like that, i asked for reason they said u r using mobile phone while driving, i argue with those cops, but they r not listening my words, finally they asked me for Rs.1500, i dont know wat to do... keep on argue with cops, suddenly one cop started my bike and asked me " u will give money r argue in court", finally i gave them Rs.500 as "bribe".Am watching those cops r regularly doing this at the same place.Kindly consider my complaint and take action.ASAP With Hope, MOHAN.R I shoot a pic in Avarampalayam Road (near Womens Polytechnic), A police vehicle is parked in the "NO PARKING" area . I had bought one WIPRO 23WATT TRIPLE U TUBE TYPE CFL from D-MART PUNE and it's got failed within 7months. First I have found Wipro is worse company in lighting, please go for Osram or Phillips CFL's forquality products. And never purchase anything from D-Mart as they are saying we only give 6months warranty while company is offering 1year warranty.

I had purchased a Wipro induction cook top through online from flipkart 3 months before. Now from past 1 month the product has stopped working & I am trying to contact Wipro service Centre but none of their toll free numbers provided by flipkart are working. After constant mailing flipkart they provided me email id. I contacted them & they replied that Till date we have not introduce the cook top of Wipro in Gujurat. So that service center also not activated.I advice to pls contact where you buyied the cook top. This is not the answer its Wipro product they have to repair or replace it & take care that they product is not sold beyond their service area. Shame on such a big company, Azim Premji who is the 3 richest man in india have made money this way only sell the product & forget after sales service.

Team I am exEmployee of WIpro. My Emp ID was 222678 it is very sad that I am following up my PF form for last 7 month, and Wipro team replied me that it has been send to PF office before 6 month. I have been asked to WIPRO team approx 100 times in last few month but they didn't care about that. Now finally I filed RTI and requested Grievance regarding PF status and they replied that Withdrawal forms in r/o PF A/c No.DL/22427/646 have not been received in this office. In case the member has submitted the forms through his/her ex-employer, the member may contact his/her ex-employer for further information in the matter Is in this way WIPRO treat his exemployess. If it has not been reached to PF office then where it is and why WIPRO didn't check if I have asked WIPRO many times. Really very embarrassing. Really frustrated with Wipro uncared attitude.

I'm getting some problem my Supervisor side his name Priyant Garg, on the floor he said to me very badly (YOU ARE MOUSE I'M CAT SAVE YOUR JOB AND START RUNING), than after I'll file SIR agancg to my Survisor Priyant Garg.

After that I'm suffering madical problem than I'll move to my home town Kolkata on month of June, 2013, I'll inform to my Supervisor Mr. Priyant Garg but he countiesly Mark my attendenc as a "ABSENT" .

Mr. Nitin HR Team, he called me and ask where are I'll inform that I'm in my home town and also inform that I'm suffering madical problem that is the reason for my leaves but HR told me " YOUR SUPVISOR SAID THIS YOUR UNPLANNED LEAVES AND HE MARK YOUR ATTENDANCE AS A ABSENT VIDE MONTH JUNE, 2013 " I'll told to HR my Supervisor only doing this all because I'll mark a SIR to his that is only one reason.

Why terminated my service just because I'm mark a "SIR"., Wipro alway told to employees you have rights to apply to say "problem"

Please help me because I have also taken salary advance Rs. 12800/- and no job how can clear this advance dues, my leave reason is only my madical reason but my Supervisor treated badly and Terminated my job.

Please do some thng to get back my job.

the advertisement was given in the newspaper that buy pack of 4 santoor moisturized soft skin soap and get a pack of 4 soap free... but it was not given when i approached the shops and retailers with the cutout of the newspaper and they said that the company has given wrong advertisement and denied me of giving 1+1 free soap packs...

Hi,

I am working in Wipro Technology Since April-2011. Last year (2012) i got salary increment but this year Wipro is not ready to give salary increment.

When i check with my managers they are saying that the management has decision and so there is no salary increment for this year and managers are saying that Wipro does not meet expected profit and hence salary increment has been cancelled for most of the employees.

Also, Managers are not ready to share the management contact details that who has decided this. In my account itself 6 people are not received the salary increment in this year.

Could you please confirm me whether Company can have rights to stop the salary increment for there employee?
