My wipro ego notebook has been critically damaged and needs to be
repaired.For last one week I am trying to get the cost quotation for
the repairs, but no one has responded yet. I am calling the customer
care again and again and they ask the same question. I am tired of
sending the same mail regarding the details of the damages to
