[Resolved]  World Of Titan — Improper Service for Signet Members

Im please to introduce myself as Karthik.S from Chennai.

Im a member of Signet from WORLD OF TITAN

I would like to share the views of mine where exactly the World of Titan Stands...!

Being a Member of this Scheme is makes me really furstated.

When ever I purchase a watch form the authorised world of titan they will add the points into our member ship and the same can be redeemed towards the next purchase or when required.
Its the responsibility of Titan dealership to updated the points with their database.
The worst area of function is this, they never update the points in their database.
End of the day customer is the looser...
Last June 2008, I made a complaint with customer service and they said its their mistake and they will rectify it from their end. That time also im the looser that I couldnt redeem the points for that particular purchase.

Recently I again faced the same kind of problem with Titan, This time also they gave the same reason that mistake is happened at their end. So why should the customer face the issue and why should the customer be looser...

I wanted the world to know where the world of titan stand in the WORLD...!

I am shabir from Chennai, even i face the same problem, inspite of regular followups i never get to know the points status for my card so that i can redeem the same, no one responds well even at the showroom and they are not aware of the points we have in such case how do we redeem them??

I'm Arunita also face same problem here. I couldn't see that how much point i gain till now & no one can give a right information about this, so how can i be updated about this membership?
I have purchased four Nebula watches and the the signet card message is coming on my mobile no. [protected]but so far I, have not received the card hence the benefit of signet bonus has not been passed to me yesterday I have purchased fourth Nebula warch.
kindly look into the matter and issue me the card.

We have purchased a few watches from the authorised ceter. Yes, our sentiments are the same. The counter person will insist that these points be added and used in the next purchase.

The database is not updated for months and even after months of chasing.

I feel TATA's are taking the consumer for a ride. Compare this to JET wherein your miles are added without any interference and you can update even if you had not registered the number at the time of purchase of ticket.

Perhaps, TATA is way behind in customer case. They have had the comfort of monopolized market and, they just dont care.

I too am a signet member. Whenever i visit titan website, there is no way you can redeem pionts there and if you go in shop they say it has to be done online by member.
Why do Titan give this card if its of no use?

I am a member since 4 years, I have purchase lot of watches to my friends, relatives and offical use also. To my surprise the points have never been updated in my card, when I went to purchase a pair of watch set to my family the card had only 500 points in it.

This is the status of Titan Signet member, I only request you to look in to the issue of general public in a better view and reslove them in the benift of customers.

My card No: 89817923 which got expired in the month of sep'09 I informed them to renew and send the card, till date I have not received it.

Titan Just Makes fool of customers by giving customers lolly pop, this is very poor service by a good brand.

Its more than 10 months from now my purchases for the month of june is not updated on signet card correctly and company claims that they are giving facility but very poor service & no customer service.

The titan signet is a good inovative method of titan and i have been getting points from titan. [protected]@titan.co.in u have to send signet no. and they send points details.

I went nearer Titan shop for puchasing the watches, and asked my signet card total points, simply he was replied that has to be ask at Banglore office. Then what for this people siting here..

Nowere this people are updating the points (Full of choore..)

Against this people concern person has to take action immediately.

i'm facing the same problems as well. titan signet points are not accumulated to my account properly. every time i go buy a watch and ask for my points, i'm shocked to see there are only few points in that. and this has happened to me thrice in this year. very much frustrated with this.. titan should do sumthing to solve this problem. hope titan is lightening to the customers..

I have also faced the same issue. I had purchased 2 wrist watches but their points have not been added to my card. The TITAN showroom, from where I had purchased those watches, sales man is saying that they will add but they are not. I emailed to TITAN customer care but they are asking the scanned invoice. What the bull is this. Who is having this much of time to scan and then send the invoice to them. They can check the entries in my card too...
