Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the above, we would like to bring it to your notice that we have book the hotel through net at makemytrip.com and id no. is NH[protected] on dt. – 01/08/2011. We have received the confirmation that your room has been booked in the name of Mr. Sachin Mackwan and details are - Room no. – 02 (non ac), Balaji Resort, At Calingute, Goa. The date of booking is from 30/10/2011 to 02/11/2011 and we pay by credit card at the rate of Rs. 1300/- per day.

I ‘m sorry to say that when we reach Goa, the hotel booking people has said that there is no booking from your side or we have not seen the mail. To make matters worse, they said we do not have any room, please find yourself. It was most disappointing to learn that makemytrip is a big name for hotel bookings and ticket booking. But, we received this type of treatment is very bad. We always book your tickets or trip through this site. We experienced a very bad time and suffer a lot and my full holiday mood has been destroyed. We want to complain this matter to customer cell and take some action against this.
