WWW.TIMTARA.COM — Non shipment of the product

I have placed order of the product on[protected] which I haven't received till date[protected].
Even I have called the company several times but they haven't done anything needful uptill.

Pl help.

I ordered for supply of a Samsung TV for Rs.12999 on www.timtara.com vide order No.10341208 and paid vide credit card on 19/10/2012. The product has not been supplied nor refund made so far despite vigorous follow up on phone and email.

i ordered for mobile on 5th November.site says order will be deliverd with in 3 weeks.up to sixth week i did not get my order.after 6th week i mailed for cancellation of my order up to now site did not cancel my order and nothing about cancellation. i purchased the product for 15k what i have to do...please help me..

I did a online purchase timtara.com on 18/10/2012 using HDFC master card secure code payment vide Order no[protected]timtara.com).Mobile phone was to deliver in 3 weeks. After not receiving the product for 3 weeks, I called up customer desk which starting giving runarounds saying on diwali week our customer dept. is closed.I placed cancellation request but they have still not taken any action.timtara.com is cheating people and also genuine buyers who believe in online shopping loose faith because of fraud website like timtara.com.The company may have made crores of rupees by cheating people.No money refund. customer care executives are either hanging phones on being asked for status or giving runarounds as per the training given to them by timtara management.I had the worst ever shopping experience with timtata.Lot of time is wasted tracking the order and calling them.Daily new set of people are getting cheated.Hope reading this review may stop few people from buying on timtara.com

Timtara.com — Order not delivered yet 3 months passed

I ordered laptop worth 27790/- on sep 30 th. Money paid. Product not delivered yet.No response from their end, Its really a fraud site.No response from their end after the amount got credited to their account. Can some please help in filing a complaint against them.

www.Timtara.com — Product not dispatched and delay in refund

This refers to Timtara Order No.10364564. I have been speaking to customer service team of Timtara since order was put i.e.7th December 2012 regarding non shipment of above order. Its been almost more than 25 days that order was put but still this order is not shipped, later I requested them for refund and they have taken my request on Friday i.e.4th January 2013 but they told me that refund process will be initiated on Tuesday as they dont work on Saturday & Sunday.


Believe me, I am regular online buyer but this is the worst experience with timtara.com I have ever had for my online shopping experience till date.

I warn online shoppers to not buy anything from Timtara.com otherwise your money will be stuck for long time.

I request https://www.consumercomplaints.in to take up the matter with them to resolve the issue.

I placed an order at online shopping portal named timtara.com on 01 Nov 2012 with order Id 10347164 and also made online payment thru SBI Bank Netbanking on the same day as there delivery schedule was within 3 weeks but now 3 month passed no reply about the product.
Instead of calling them daily customer care are not responding properly.

I ordered a mp3 player of sony from timtara.com on 29th november 2012( timtara - Order #[protected]& paid for it at the time of placing
this order(rs 2,341/-). & they told within 3 weeks (21 days) they will deliver the order but till now i have not got the order (today is 3rd
february 2013) & whenever i talk to their costumer services they always keep on extending the date week by week. and when i demanded to
refund my money they don't respond to my requests.now i dont know what to do so please help me.

i have placed an Order no. 10396082 on Timtara site for a Micromax Mobile Phone on[protected]. i have done full payment of 9189/- via Net Banking and was promised delivery within 3 weeks. i have still not recieved the product. inspite of sending numerous mails and continously calling their customer care no. nobody responds. i want full refund of my money.
