Wyn Cabs — Cancellation after the pickup time: | |||
Hi, Booked Wyn Cab on 26 March (since i have to go railway station one day before Holi festival)... I Booked at 12.01 pm on 26th March & I have to leave for Railway station on 7.00 pm from south delhi... I am not communicated who is the Driver who is going to pick me... i called customer care.. it took 8-10 minutes because all lines were so busy... as per the CC executives you will definitely receive the cab ASAP (and then they sent me an SMS on 7.10 pm)... on 7.30 pm, they are communicating that due to UNAVAILABILITY OF CABS in your location, we cannot provide our services.. I WANTED TO KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME. IF WE WANT TO CANCEL BOOKING IN END MOMENT THEY DEMAND PENALTY FROM US. BUT THIS SHOULD BE SAME WHEN THEY ARE CANCELLING BOOKING HALF AN HOUR AFTER BOOKING TIME.. I want you to throw some light on the issue & take necessary action. Details: 1.
