My name is Roshan Mendonca and I have completed my graduation from YCMOU in 2008. To pursue my further studies I require a migration certificate from the University. I had sent the migration form along with the DD drawn by Canara Bank (DD no. 620613) of Rs. 150/- by post, the postage acknowledgement number for the same is RLADB 1178. I require the certificate on a higher priority as I need to submit the same latest by 5th September 2009. As I require applying for the eligibility certificate from Mumbai University. Keeping this into consideration I have sent my application by posts and have made multiple phone calls to the YCMOU despite the line being busy many a times and have discussed the issue with Mr. More. I was being given false hopes that my migration certificate was dispatched on August 27-28. On making multiple trips to the post office seeing that my shipment has not arrived I called the University and was informed that my certificate is still not being dispatched and will take another 10 days. I do not understand why they lie to me. I require the same on a higher priority as I need to submit the same latest by September 5th 2009. Yashwant Rao Chavan University is located in such a location that no leading courier companies which include blue dart, TNT, DTDC service that area. The telephone numbers mentioned [protected];[protected] are perpetually busy or ring with no answer. You may have to try your fortune to get connected and speak to an operator out there. The remaining lines which are free belong to directors who do not take care of the same and are never transferable. The staff out there seems to face lack of equipment and never provide any kind of postal acknowledgement number or required information. The main purpose of doing a correspondence course from YCMOU is to save time and YCMOU being a centre offering many courses and becoming a popular university today must be well equipped and updated with the latest technology. My name is Gajanan Laxmanrao Uchitkar. I had completed my graduation from YCMOU in Nov.2007.My PRN is OG0102674. To pursue my further studies I require a migration certificate from the University. I had sent the migration form along with the DD by courier. But last 3 months I am waiting for the migration certificate it is very urgent for me. So please do the needful ASAP.

I'm Santosh Malkapure, I also have applied for migration certificate more than a month now . but as usual No reply from ycmu nasik .
I also have tried to contact but as all phone numbers are busy all time there is no option left but to just sit n wait now as my valuable time is just passing by in waste of eating in for certificate as I have inquiry at post office regarding my parsel from ycmu but they didn't received yet .
I'm very in confused state .please help me get my certificate as without it I can't further study more ..its all about my future .
Please help me .

Myself Narayan Vitthal Solanke from Washim. I've completed graduation in journalism and mass communication in June2016. Since then in August, I've applied for migration certificate to take admission to M.J. I've sent all required documents along with DD. Yet i didn't get migration certificate nor received acknowledgement from ycmou. I have traced the courier delivery status, it has already reached to destination.
