[Resolved]  You Broadband — Have very less speed than promised

This is what has happened.
12Jun - I brought 'HURRICANE YOU 25GB 1 Month' plan from youboardband
which means I get
12mbps speed for first 25GB download and then I get 1mbps. Somehow I
started getting 1mbps speed. I emailed this many times.
24Jun - Their employee Mandar visited my home and confirmed speed
problem and sent email to them. Then I started getting 12mbps.
Meanwhile, 10GB download was done which was counted in 25GB limit. So,
I got only 15GB for 12mbps speed. I did not say anything.
12 Jul - I renewed with same plan and again I started getting 1mbps
speed again. I emailed them angrily many times. Again they took 12
days to solve that.
24Jul - Their employee Mandar visited my home. Confirmed speed
problem. Problem is solved. Meanwhile I downloaded 20GB. Now, I just
got 12mbps for 5 GB.
till today - I sent insulting email to them so many times that I need
to know the reason what problem took my 24days and asked them to give
me 30GB(both months) for 12mbps. They are not replying. Once, somebody
called on phone and said that if I have problem, I should stop using
the service & not email them.

12mbps and 1mbps speed difference is big. They want me to bear result of their technical problem which took very long time to resolve twice. That is why I would like to file complaint.

Broadband — Complaint About Broadband & Employees

Hi,
My self Harish manral, my phone no. is 22966538.
My broad band is not working about 20 to 25 daye before to till &
when i complainting about it to customer care department they will give no response for that, after that i complainted directly to Area Manger but they also not responseing about that compaint...and also they had not talking sense to the customer .

Who will pay the bill & Inconvience for broadband, your Deparment or..
...someone else...

I[censored]r not able to give good service to the customers Pls ask...
If in two days my Broadband is not working, I will cut my Connection from MTNL...

Pls Take some Action About ur Deparment & ur ServiceS...

You BroadBand — very poor management

my friend took you broadband connection, when i went to his house in hyderabad, i saw how worst the services are provided by you.
I hate YOU Broadband services. It always bring problems too me. If I get a decent net one day, the other two days it will not work at all. I call them up and get it fixed and it will take another two days. I stopped using these services.

So, guys never trust this YOU broadband.
After 3 months of continuous fighting, I searched known youbroadband emails on internet and emailed them all about this issue. Also, attached all email logs I had with them earlier. This worked as magic. I got call from senior officer that he is giving me compensation of some extra GB download+ some days extension for current plan and he will make sure this problem goes away.
