Hello,

The internet connectivity issue has not been resolved even after multiple phone calls to customer care. There is completely no internet connection continuously for the past 5-6 days.
Please help with internet connectivity

    I have registered a complaint through Application (I.e, you Boardband app) at Thursday (14/01/2021) .Today it was more than 72hrs but no only is coming to solve my problem and I am calling there engineer but he is not picking my phone

      I am facing challenge since last 1 month, and when I register complaint the technician closes the ticket even without coming and checking for problem.

      This is the pathetic service and if it is going to continue the same, I would like refund and close the account with you as soon as possible.

        I m facing connection problem for 2, 3 days so i called local service officer Ronitbhai for same but he said i should not call him and lodge complaint online only and cut my call repeatedly so i called again and again and he picked up call and said me ‘PAGAL HO AAP BAR BAR CALL KAR RAHE HO’ .i dont think he should talk like this to customers.
        Then i went to his office for concern and he talked arrogantly that we are not going to solve your complain today . And told arrogantly kal hi solve karege jise call karana he kar lo.
        He give excuse i have no techinition right now but at the same time five officers are sitting in office

            My customer number:- 1027634. Its 1 week now I am complaining about my WIFI not working. I am tired of complaining now. Daily I register a complaint and daily my request is closed without any solution. THIS IS COMPLETE TORTURE. Is someone going to give me any solution? Even after using youbroadband after so many years your customer service is the worst. I am able to use Wifi in the morning for few hours only. When will my wifi start working? Your youbroadband technicians never answer my calls. I just don’t know where to complain now.

              Case History:

              I have requested for
              YOU BROADBAND connection with 3+1 Month Validity and Paid 2800 Rs in advance on 25th Oct '20 via your YOU BROADBAND Sales Guy (Mr Arun Pandey Ph: [protected]). the Commitment given to me is to have installation done in 2 days of Payment.

              But post payment on 25th Oct 20- After multiple follow up, escalation with your Sales representative as well no one turned up for the installation. After waiting for almost a month on 20th Nov-20 I have requested for cancellation and amount to be refunded via
              Sales Representative (Mr Arun Pandey Ph: [protected]) and he informed me that he already initiated the cancellation email with his supervisor and amount will be refund in 45 days.

              ON 23rd Nov-20 I have called up Customer care and ask for the status of my cancellation and they denied that they have not received any request for cancellation, post that one more cancellation request registered (Ref:[protected] by Customer care representative but the end result is still the same. Almost daily I am calling to Customer care for Status and they have
              scripted answer that Request in under process and once initiated you will get callback and message. Also I have emailed details summary of my complaint to [protected]@youbroadband.co.in but they don't bother to even acknowledge the request.

                In beginning of October 20 there as no internet connectivity. In spite of innumerable complaints including calls to technicians Ganesh ([protected], Yadav ( [protected]), Mohammed ([protected]) and other service was restored in early October since a main cable had to be changed on ST. Paul's Road. All this time we were assured by the company that service would be extended because of no connectivity. Sorry to say that now company is denying any extension.

                  I am facing some installation challenges where i had raised a request with You broadband Oct 20, have observed in spite of calling you guys several times my tickets are getting resolved without getting attended.

                  While installing and making the payment have already informed Mr. Harshad Makwana ( Sales Agent : 1782208) about my requirements, it has been more than a week and still my installation is not done properly. None of the agent visited at my place all this below tickets are resolved without even contacting me.
                  Today i spoke to tech engineer and sales person : they blame each other as every half hour my internet stops working, my job is at stake now : the work which took 8 hrs it take 12 hrs to complete due to this connection issue. Have complain several times to customer service / technician / sale executive too but there is no resolution to it. I do not think that my issue will get resolve i want my money back so that i can move to other service provider. I will attach the call recording of sales person and technical executive blaming each other.
                  Further i am asking them since long to provide me invoice so that i can get it reimbursed by my company : they do not provide me

                    We have not been able to use U broadband internet properly after renew our internet plan last 28 days days. every time after 2-3 min has been disconnect your internet. None of your help lines and technical team are give proper solution correctly. I am not satisfied with the service and facility you provide. Please plead that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.

                      I have purchased you broadband plan on 05/11/2020, it's installation service is good within a day installation gets completed.
                      But from day 1 my internet got disconnected in every 10-15 min. I have tried to file complain through their app and cc mobile no. but no response. Complain status got resolved within 3-4 hours without getting resolved from my end.
                      I highly do not recommend you broadband service after this experience to anyone.
                      Please refund my money so that I can shift to other network.

                        I paid on 8th October 2020. they started plan on same day.

                        They took time to setup and fixed on 19 October 2020.

                        I talked to custom care and they refused to extend days. Also internet connectivity is not stable from last few days.

                        And during payment, agent agreed to increase validity for 25 days. but that is also not reflecting in my account.

                        Please look into this issue and help on this.

                          When firstly I approached for new connection, I was told that connection would be given within 7 DAYS after making payment, still when again asked about it after 7 days there were only NAIVE answers from executives in office, also when applied for refund it has been more than 45 DAYS [CC471542] after applying for refund still there has been NO appropriate reason why are they delaying and so LENIENT behaviour of people in the office while attending the customers.

                          Really frustrating of NOT getting refund of connection which was NEVER given.
                          Really they should carry some shame!

                          Hoping for my refund soon.

                            Hello Team,

                            I have been a customer of You Broadband powered by Vodafone since last 2 years and since last 1 year facing continuous issues with internet connectivity. I have been complaining to the company and they are resolving the complaints without any action.

                            I have been paying annually as I got good service last year but this year experience has been pathetic and on top there executives are least bothered about issues. It's been more than 1 year any technician has visited my residence to resolve connectivity issues either No Connection or slow speed. Icing on the case is fake usage report. They are showing usage when there is no connection.

                            For example, Yesterday October 29th there was no internet connection but they are showing usage of 18.36 GB.

                            Could you please look into issue and help as I am left with only 2 months of validity and 16 TB o[censored]nused data due to their connection issues and slow speed issues.

                              We have taken You Broadband internet connection for our office in Rasta Peth for commercial usage. Now we have shifted our office to Nana Peth location. Total distance between both the offices is only 200 meters. Since last 19 days we are following up with there Call Center, there Pune office, we have sent 7 email reminders with complete set of documents. The worst part is in our Nana Peth Office in Sunrise Building, You Broadband has already having their connection and complete line is available here however till date they have not provided us Internet connection shifting.
                              We have already taken a package up till December 2020 and have paid advance money for which they are not replying.

                              Due to their sick and pathetic service standards and unprofessional ism we have lost business, brand image have been lost, mental harassment is additional hence we are complaining against this company to Consumer Forum, TRAI, Social Media, and even we will search out complete legal options from which we can claim 10 lakh rupees from this company due to Service issues.

                              Rupesh Shendge is the branch manager in Pune to whom we have written many email and telephonic complaints however nobody have bothered to resolve the issue

                                I have subscribed YouBroadband since last 25 days and its not working almost 1 day out of 3 days. In this 25 days i have reached consumer complaint center for 10 times and internet doesn't work definately more than 10 days and their promise of attending request within 24 hours isn't fulfilled as i have submitted my request on 26 oct and today it's 28 oct moreover local technician doesn't even care to attend my calls. It's really frustrating.

                                  I am living in Karkhana area and I am very happy with my ACT Broadband connection. But since I saw few attractive schemes in You Briadband in their advertisement I applied for new connection . Immediately a person by name David Enakonda (Ph: 880159xxxx) called me and forced me to pay immediately for 3 months and convinced me to pay Rs 2775 in just 2 hours. But after that they started showing the original face . They will not respond to any mail or any phone call.

                                  After 3 days one service person called and told that there are no near by connections in my area and installation may not be done. If installation is not done I will get a refund in 45 working days . Before collecting payment don't they know that there is no nearby connection? This fraud company is collecting money from poor customers like me, and running the company with our money. The sales person informed me that there are connections nearby my area and it will be done immediately after payment .It is a clear way of cheating and looting poor people money.                                     I have taken this connection a month ago..they took more than 3 weeks to start the connection ... They ignored my calls, messages, whatsapp messages everything. I was calling them with 3 4 different numbers so that they would take my call atleast. Now that the connection was up after a lot of begging..it has stopped working since 4 days..i have again lodged complaint as that is the only thing ik of..This is seriously unimaginable. Someone should be held responsible for this.

                                      Customer care won't respond quickly. Days, weeks will pas by but they won't respond if you have any connectivity issue.

                                      Better not to prefer youbroadband.

                                        Since 8th October, 2020 I am having slow internet speed on my 75 mbps plan. Speed is around 0.1 Mbps to 10 mbps (average 3 mbps weekly). When I call Customer care they repeats only single sentance that your issue will be resolved by concern team and they will contact me. Reality is they have never contacted me and Issue of slow internet speed still persists.
