Confirmtkt — Cancellation of ticket and refund of amount

I have booked the train from MTC to NDLS under PNR no [protected] and I have also paid FCF max charges for cancellation of ticket after chart preparation. I have to postponed my journey and was trying to cancel ticket at 07:32 pm but was unable to do the same from website of Confirmtkt. Then I called there helpline No and they assured me for return even if my ticket was not getting cancelled at my end d the error was “ Ticket cannot be cancelled after chart preparation” also while filing TDR the error was “ TDR can be filed 4 hrs before schedule departure of train’’ . For this I have also mailed the screenshot along with query to [protected]@confirmtkt.com. Now while enquiring about refund they are refusing the refund saying they can’t help as irctc not accepted the same. I want my refund back since I have paid them extra charges to avail the benefit for cancellation of ticket after chart preparation otherwise I would have not booked the ticket for the same. I want my full refund amount along with compensation for harassment by Confirmtkt.
