Dont use confirmtkt, they provide very poor service, i am booked train ticket through confirmtkt android app on 16 july, the ticket is conformed, then train is cancelled by govt on travelling date, they tell to me your amount is refunded in auto, but till now i did not get refund, i am contacted customer care many time but no response, not give proper response, pnr no:[protected] Was this information helpful? |
