Confirmtkt — Money refund

I am jay mishra. I try to book my train ticket on your app 26 march 2022 bina to satna by google pay app.but some problems behalf of your app I can't book my ticket but ammount was deducted my saving account ₹1628.after some time I saw in your app payment done but not booked. Then I will complaint in 26 march time 8.14 min your customer care said me amount will credit in my account last 24 hour.but amount will not credit in my account.i tried after 24 hour then your customer care reply me amount will credit in your account last 48 hour I waited 48 hour then I tried 3 time He says all banks leave now so we are unable to credit your amount.i tried 4 time then he said to me amount will credit in your confirmtkt wallet but amount will not credit.
I shared every call time and date in my attach file in my complaint. Dear sir when you take payment from third party app like paytm or google pay then how can you say then banks are close so we cant refund your amount. You are respected app and authorized partner of IRCTC .Many people are believed in you. So please action in my query.Now date is 31 march and my amount is not refund in my account.so help me .
