I have cancelled a ticket of pnr.[protected] On 13 May 2023 23:12 and Journey start time was May 15 2023 .9:15
My ticket fare was 505 and i only got refund of 315 even though i was opted for Free cancellation.
Last time when i called to customer care i got the reason as chart was prepared but i am not convinced that chart will get prepared prior to 34 hrs before train journey starts Was this information helpful? |
