7dec2021.I want to book a railway ticket with confirmtkt app and Google pay but my ticket is not booked and my money is deducted .I call to costume care of confirmtkt but he refused and saying that he had not found my money. Where is my money ?my money is not credited in my account.I will provide tranjuction I'd (photo attached) please resolve my problem I am depressed because I am so poor
