I booked a train ticket via ConfirmTkt (Booking ID: TK[protected]H43). I tried cancelling the ticket at 9:00 AM, but the app gave repeated errors. I immediately contacted customer care and stayed in touch for over 3 hours. They kept giving false solutions and did not fix the issue.
Finally, at 12:00 PM, they told me the chart was prepared and I could not cancel the ticket.
This delay was entirely caused by ConfirmTkt support. Because of this, I lost ₹[amount].
This is unethical and I request a full refund.
