Confirmtkt — Refund initiated but not credited in account

I booked 2 ticket from thane. I partially cancelled that ticket 1 ticket refund instantly got my refund but second ticket didn't got my refund customer care is claiming that refund amount will be credited in 7 but it's 10 days now please credited my account otherwise I will file complaint in consumer court refund amount:-605 Rs
