I had cancelled my train ticket on 21st june which I booked using this IRCTC authorised app and till now I haven't received the refund (Rs.500) yet. On calling their customer care they say that they have initiated the refund but the amount is not credit to my bank account. I've sent them my bank account statement stating that I haven't received refund and as a reply they send me an ARN No asking me to trace the same with the bank. Upon approaching the bank, officials says that they dont have any provision for tracking the ARN No as it's not provided by the bank. Customer care service of Confirmtkt is not providing me any proper reply on this and my money is gone. Was this information helpful? |
