Confirmtkt — Refund of train ticket booking

This is in regard to train booking through confirmtkt app for 10 passengers dated 11.05.23 for Rs 6814/- of time 00:40 traveling from Udupi, Karnataka to Mumbai vide PNR [protected] PNR [protected] PNR [protected], we have missed the train due to confusion of time and date of departure. This is not the first time I booked through this app, previously I had booked and I used to get information about details of departure of train on the day of journey.

I relied on the app and but naturally confused about time and date of departure as anybody would get confused about date and time of departure. If I would have got the information about departure on the day of travel, I would be alert and be saved all the mess that I had gone through because of this at the last hours of late night. We left for the station at late hours on 11.5.23 instead of 10 5.23 and got down from train in the night time by ticket collector at Kundapura, where we booked for lodge at Rs 4000/- and booked bus to mumbai in the morning by spending Rs 24085/-.

All this mess created due to confusion of date and time and non information by confirmtkt about departure. I have spent much more and all 10 passengers who are my relatives have gone through mental trauma, all mishap because of negligence and trigger created by the travel authority ie confirmtkt

I hereby request you to refund half of the amount of Rs 6814/-
