This mail is to inform you that Confirmtkt has failed to provide the refund amount which was transacted by me on 23rd of November 2023 while booking transportation ticket, above amount was successfully deducted from my Credit card, but Confirmtkt failed to confirm the same, further after contacting Customer care of Confirmtkt it assured by them that the deducted money will be refunded in 4-5 working days, but it has been more then 20 days, still I haven’t received any refund, kindly assist in resolving my issue as soon as possible .
