I had a problem with my cancellation of ticket. I called the support team which guided me to go to Google and put in my booking ID & email.
Tried with PNR, but was not successful. Called again and the team gave me the booking ID Number. Managed to cancel the ticket.
The problem is that I got a call from Online ticket cancellation asking me if the ticket was cancelled. I said yes, he then asked me, why then I call them. I told him that the call was made before I could cancel my ticket. I asked him why the booking ID was not mentioned on the ticket. He was rather rude and started a heated argument. If the call is recorded, please recheck. These light headed staff will only degrade the CONFIRMTKT reputation. My last 4 digits on PNR is 4997. My phone last 4 digits is 5602. Time of call 7.58 am.
