Confirmtkt — Ticket cancellation refund

My name is Neeradi Chandra Shekhar I have booked 6 train ticket from secunderabad to tirupati on 27/12/2022 in tatkal from 6 tickets 1 was confirmed remaining 5 tickets automatically cancelled from confirmtkt app 1 ticket was refunded it's (PNR NO [protected]) remaining 4 tickets was not refunded it's (PNR NO [protected]) we are calling to the customer care but they are not responding at all, so please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible
