Coverfox, i am really disappointed with the service received by your company. This is the worst service i had ever received. We bought car policy for our new car from coverfox in 2016 to cover period from jan 2016 to jan 2017. But a big blunder done by your associates. He/she put dates as[protected] to[protected]. Have you ever heard anyone can take policy for next year? Now we are continuously chasing but we are not getting reply at all. I have dropped 3-4 mails till now, called 5-6 times but no reply at all. This is ridiculous. Do you have any idea we are driving car without insurance? It's a big risk. If you really care for your customer then do something.

Updated by anaghaprit After posting on social media we got call from Coverfox associate. Now again cheating from their isside. They are saying we will do inspection of your car first to change dates in your policy. Can you let me know what is relation of this ? You people first made mistake and now you make sure that we cannot claim. Is this fair? It's a cheating.

    I bought the coverfox insurance brokers (kotak) and cover fox bluffed and said i can cancel if i don't like now they are not helping to do this. also when i tried to call for rsa i was redirected to coverfox from rsa team they were not helping instead wasting my time and misleading me asking several no of questions
    Please don't buy from cover fox they can rename as cheating fox

      In Nov2015, I got my Car insurance renewed from Coverfox. At the time time of collecting the details and sending the policy everything was nice and calm. They basically sent me the policy with the wrong name (which was not as per the name mentioned in the RC copy shared with them). I noticed it only when I went for a claim and it got rejected due to the issue. I reached out to the Coverfox people to make the name change for the resolution of error which THEY made so that I can get the claim. But these people have troubled my life from past 3 months and I have not got the name change endorsed.
      I am still waiting for some positive communication from them else I will have no option other than going to the consumer court.

      A Big Time NO to recommending Coverfox!!!

        I have purchased a policy from coverfox on 9th feb 2016 and i urged the sales executive to send me the link for zero dep policy only but for selling me a policy he send me the link of comprehensive policy and told me that this is zero dep policy though the price of comprehensive policy is lesser than zero dep therefore i purchased that and after a few month when my car broke down than i came to know that this is comprehensive policy. This is there modus operandi BEWARE OF THIS and I am still awaiting a response from them.

          Dear Sir,

          My self Yogesh Jagam, had done online payment of 4163 Rs(Ref No:MHMP[protected]) on 3rd Oct 15 for L&T Car insurance policy purchase through Cover Fox Car Insurance.After making payment i had being told that Insurance Copy will be received within 48 hrs, now after 15 days gone i had not received car insurance policy copy.every time after making calls to Cover fox, i had being told that Policy copy is under process and will be received soon.Now im fed of Cover fox Insurance company .
