Please process my claim on urgent basis, i was following up from last 15 days but no body interest of my query, Surveyor has already done, but report not submitted to company, survey was processed on 12th of this month, but till the time, my case not processed, today i got a call from Surveyor (Mr. Raman) He's being demand 7k for claim processing, not able to understand why he's calling me for demanding amount of 7k, this is really Hooligansim (Gunda gardi), my claim was not processed properly just light and finder cover only as per surveyor, but my window and some more items not covered, Surveyor told me, i can't give you this claim, if you give me 7k than i can processed, all claim, but i really surprised, why this happening with me, i personally request to you please check with him, for the same,

At the time of policy the adviser told me its a cash less policy and company will made your claim settle with in 3 days, but now company is saying this is not a cash less policy or we will not provide express service to you as its not given to you but i have call recording of all the detail which given to me at the time of policy selling, this is fraud.

I had insured my card with united india insurance through coverfox, when the insurance was nearing expiration i kept getting call from coverfox to renew the same. I got it renewed on the expiry date. Amount has been paid and i got purchase statement as well and a message stating that the policy will be issued within 24 hrs of purchase. Its almost 10 days now since i had purchased. I tried raising complain through all the channels possible but getting the same response from coverfox as due to technical glitch its getting delayed and wait until end of the day. Now i am fed up with their process and requested for a refund but there is no response from coverfox regarding the refund. I felt cheated and coverfox taken my money but not issuing me the insurance document. Its highly unprofessional and i can't bear the same please do something to get my money back.

Sir i started working with coverfox from april 2nd 2018. At that time someone said that we all are like family but, now i realized, it's all about sales and marketing,
I was suffering from fever for last more than 1month, in sept 17th 2018 fever started, i asked for leave from tl but, he told me it's a normal fever, quite difficult to give, after 4pm i was suffering from very heavy fever whole my team knowns but i don't know what was wrong with that tl, he never gave me leave, and on 25th sept 2018 i was with 102.3 tem fever and with my friends we went to hospital, and doctor told me this is not a normal fever, you have to do all tests, then i mailed to my manager for help, and he told me if you are going to take long loop or leaves you may give resign and rejoin when you will be fine, i don't know about his thinking, he thought that i'm a big fool then there were no one at that time, then i called to hr and told him about everything hr department at that time settled in mumbai and sir told me take care of you health and even hr head ma'am said same thing take care if you have any problem just tell us and i had sent complain mail to top level management, ceo, avp, an more but no one replied me, then just because i worked in sept that's why i got the sept salary, then i have done all test that was too expensive, then i felt everything is going bad daily and daily and after that doctor told me we have found in your report tuberculosis and liver enzymes problem, i was scared, but i was in delhi so i was doing good treatement, but after october on 1st nov or 31th oct i don't know all employees got the salary but salary not credited in my account, now the problem is that why hr told me take care of health and call us in case of any problem and i have never got any medical suspension mail, termination, and other neither in my official mail or nor in my personal, i was waiting for salary, there are few test are pending, if they thought that we will not give salary to pankaj then they need to mail me regarding that so that i will find some other way, but even till now i didn't get any suspension, and why salary not credited reason, any termination mail i didn't, now just because of this company management, i was suffering from a very bad disease and and i told to hr head ma'am that ma'am if i will be fine i will join and she told me ok, and i don't know what should i do? Please help me, this is my full right just because i didn't get any suspension mail, they have to credit the salary, and now there were some politics is going on, some one told me, me your tl is terminated with two or three guys, and just because of he did fraud, and about this i already sent mail to ceo, avp, n more from my official mail pankaj.[protected]@coverfox.com but i didn't get any response at that time last month, we have monthly targets, my target in sept is 375000 and i was close to 200000 but my sales report shows on 24sept 2018 is 267000 i asked my tlthese are not my booking i was close to 200000 only, he forced me to accept the bookings and if his target was not completed he told every time you have to stay till 10pm and only at that time and i was stay there till 9:30 that day he forced me, because company forced him, so i was suffering from this tuberculosis, just because of this company, and i don't have any source of income now so please do the needful

The reason i'm writing this my 1st lane dose will be done on 12th nov so, just because of sputum and blood is coming with that and fever it was quite difficult to speak or say long from mouth but please get my legal salary from that company and after that it will take 6 months to recover from tuberculosis so i will give resign, because i don't think this coverfox is going to help any employee, whatever happened with me, no one would face in future help me and help them. Because according to companies act 1956, if every thing will be in written then, both parties having a legal written documentation and entity. And i even didn't get any mail.
Please do the needful.
And please find the attachment of my medical reports, and confirm that from please any radiologist doctor . And please tell coverfox that they need to understand the employee before his work.

Took a policy as u check thru my registered number as [protected] the deduct the amount from my account and the policy is still under process nearly 25 days... Is it good only when the insurance has not been taken agents keep calling u... Or is it only for advertising... A person name as deepak solanki has called me regularly to take the policy as i believed him. I took the policy and the two months amount being paid from my account.. When the process is being done the policy is still pending and no response from the company... Is this is how u people do it's only u hire good celebrities and ur job is done... Plzzzz cancel my policy and i want the refund

I have made an investment as your agent said but i have not received any details moreover auto debit is not there. There is no customer care center. When ever i call they ask me to wait for call back but i don't get any. I want to cancel my investment plan which is hdfc click to invest. It was made by coverfox and the agent name was rahul makhan who is not picking my call now.

I have made a payment of inr 4k on 18 august 2018 for getting a term plan for my wife. Mr. Noman (Noman. [protected]@coverfox.com) was the sales executive. This policy relates to house wife policy. Meself aashish jain have taken a term insurance from aegon amounting to inr 50 lakhs. My policy number is[protected] and mobile number is [protected]. I am continouslly chasing with coverfox team however not getting any response from them. I am going to escalate to irda if i am not getting any update. Please take the things seriously.

Following up for my car claim from last 3 weeks but it seems cover fox team enjoy seeing their customer in trouble and bullying them by keeping there documents with them instead of putting the documents in process. Either they do not revert of the emails or they write any # and do not share the correct status. I have email communication that prove they are highly unprofessional. I am seriously fed up now. My 18000 rs are now on stake because these people.
I know the type of insurance get time to claimed but 5 weeks are good time to get the refund. Highly unprofessional company.

Book, letter of subrogation, letter of indemenity, rto form 28, 29, 30 3sets, rto form 35 3sets, pan card cancelled cheque, rto extract with stolen entry, police final report noc financier etc. I told him that i have different names on some documents like on rc and dl named with amit kumar and all the other documents are named with amit salwan then he suggested me to give him both pan cards (With the name amit kumar and amit salwan) along-with "both are the same person affidavit" so i hadnover all the documents to mr nikhil shetty then he told me that from now in 4 to 5 days i will get my claim and then he keeps on procrastinating my claim saying you will get your claim tomorrow and he keeps on doing this for around 20 days and then he asked me for a gazette copy. I spend 4 to 5 thousand rupees in all these processes. Mr nikhil shetty harassed me and wasted my time. Please take this under consideration as soon as possible i am so tense now a days i am in stress.

Why u did this fraud i am going to court.. Either my hard copy date is 29/10/2017 to 28/10/2018 but this company message me from last 10 days your policy will expire on 11th august 2018.. Simply fraud case

I recently bought HDFC life click 2 protect ULIP plan for my wife. While buying the girl executive told me that there are no charges. But after buying policy, she told that there are some annual charges that have to bear. I told her that in that case I would have bought plan directly from HDFC, she dropped call then. Now she is not calling me for last 10-12 days. I sent multiple emails to her professional email id, but she is not replying to any of my emails. I also told that now I am ready to pay the charges but at least let me know the process of adding the biller in net banking so that amount gets debited automatically, but again she has not replied. I have also kept customer service head in CC, but no action has been taken till yet. If needed, I will disclose her name as well.

Sir i have aplied for 4 four term insurance policies in different names about 1 one month ago. Before taking policy there used to be four phone calls from sales executive javed sayyad.In aday. But now since the money is once paid there is no phone calls or revert mails after repeated requests for call to javed sayyad javed khan and siddesh sir.Is this right, this problem is before issuance so what will be done to nominee if any incidence occurs. To policy holder. So i request to plz refund my money after deducting charges if any.Plz revert back, my mobile no is [protected].

Everyone has their bad day. Mine struck when i was looking for car insurance and came across coverfox and decided to take insurance from there.

I booked my insurance, money got debited but the insurance wasn't issued.

I checked with coverfox which confirmed that payment was done and they will issue me a refund. However, after constant follow-ups of 1 month, they retracted their statement and told me that no payment was done and hence there will be no refund. I was flabbergasted beyond belief. Their executives - deepti lad and ramitha binumohan - are so imbecile that i'm surprised how they constantly don't keep forgetting to breathe and survive life?

They are an incompetent bunch o[censored]nprofessional people i wouldn't recommend anyone. Ever dealing with.

I contacted coverfox and they made me wait for more than 60 days after which i gave up on any hopes and decided to carry on. [censored] happens.in my case, coverfox happened.

I have policy from kotak insurance. They are telling i took claim on 1st year and not in 2nd year. So as it is of 20% ncb values. But in my policy it is 25%. Please fix the issues. I have taken 3 claim on 1st year of policy and no claim in 2nd year. But the agent give me 25% intead of 20% of ncb value.
Now the kotak guys are refusing to settle down the claim. Please fix this confusion as soon as possible.

I am Hardip from Gujarat.

Coverfox has given me Road side assistance including Towing, Taxi, Garage etc however i have face worst face of coverfox they are getting business from this services.

I was with my family when my Oil chamber was hit by stone and all oil passed away and i have to stop my car on the Ahmedabd-indoor Highway around 80 km away from Ahmadabad.

when i ask for road side assistance then coverfox told me to take towing service from Ahmadabad rather than Nadiad( District place) and i have to pay up-down-pick-drop amount for that service which is around 5000/- and when i ask for taxi then also they reply the same that taxi will come from Ahmadabad and i have to pay its up-down-pick-down amount which is around 3500/- and hey not suggesting me near garage as well and saying that we can not give preference to you. As i was in the area where am not getting internet connection and already in low balance and i dont have too much amount to pay coverfox to get that services.

i told them that i will manage my self and will give you bill of towing/taxi and etc then they refuse to accept that and asking to use thier service only.

And after 10:00 pm no one call me and not picking up calls now what to do is next question specially when you are with you family. I have refer my 3 friends to buy insurance from coverfox due to this facilities.

And they given me one mobile number as well to use in emergency that number comes invalid :). Their team told me to call back in 10 mins and they dont call back whole night and when i try to call, call disconnect on first ring.

"Jago Grahak Jago" dont come into their wet talks when buying insurance, please go with standards, this all are frauds and getting benefits from the peoples who are sick on highways and asking for helps from them.

Worst night that was.

My car has been breakdown now and is has been in the showroom to repair the vehicle. And when i applied for to claim the insurance the insurance company is telling that you have not paid the full amout, so you have not able to claim, but i have the full insurance copy which your company person had told to me, so what to do now
