[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — denying the cost the booking done much in advance. | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I have made the booking for individual singapore tour for april 19 through cox and kings in the month of january 2019 for which the desired amount was paid too. Now almost in april they called and conveyed that due to flight cancellation from the airline we will be booking new flights and we now need to give cost applicable for today’s date which is the difference of almost 35000 rupees which i am not willing to pay. If a customer is booking 3 months in advance that is for they want to save money else could have booked now if money wasn’t an issue. I spoke to mr tejpratap and his teamleader (Who spoke as if she is giving me a gunpoint to bear the loss at any cost). The lady wasn’t polite enough for an apologetic behaviour but was on top of her voice. This isn’t first time i availed services from cox and kings but probably could be last due to their services and staff behaviour. Waiting for generous response. Regards, Eram shaha. They have committed fraud with me. Let me know I would add your claim to my appeal.

Today also I am facing another issue, they have not given me my gift coupon (its 2 months now) after signing the letter.
Hence from these all incidents, I decided never to go with Cox and Kings ever in y life. Hence booked my trip with Thomas Cook this year...(lets see how it goes).
