I am an sbi credit card holder. On 19th july, 2018, i got a message with regards to an unauthorized deduction of rs 1649 from my credit card towards cpp assistance service, gurgaon, without my knowledge. I am requesting you to do the needful so that the said amount is refunded to me, and request cancellation of all services of cpp immediately. Thank you. I would like to cancel the CPP Card Protection Membership No. IA4548392 started on 30.06.2018 as it not suit to my requirements. Kindly refund the membership fees R's.1649 at the earliest.
