      Fraudulent transaction from CRED APP without my approval

      There we a couple of transactions to DreamPlug technologies amount to close to INR 6000 from my cred account without my approval from the CRED app.

      CRED customer care says they have no idea on this and since the amount is already debited, nothing can be done to solve the same. No use of complaint registered as well....

      The payment not received by HDFC bank the amount which was paid through ICICI through cred.
      Pl. initiate the payment or refund the payment as early as possible the HDFC is giving he fine on none payment of payment

        This incident took place on 09/03/2023
        My mobile no [protected]
        I have paid my credit card bill of HDFC through CRED from ICICI Bank Account. But the amount is deducted from my account by not reflected in my credit card statement.
        Pl. take the necessary actions. pl. refund the amt or credit the amt to my credit card.

                Rs. 3336/- was paid using cred app and amount was debited from my ICICI bank account for the payment of bank of Maharashtra credit card initiated on 27-Feb-2024, payment is still showing as under processing after 24hours, not response received from cred support even after raising the issue with cred online support and from email too. kindly refund the amount or credit the payment to the credit card account, kindly do the needful

                  I made a rent payment of Rs 19801 on Feb 20. It has not yet been received by the giver. So I requested an online dispute for that transaction. Kindly revert the fund as soon as possible. I mentioned the required information below....

                  I have paid my electricity bill through CRED UPI app on 4th of January 2024 at 02.23 pm. The payment is shown successful in the app.
                  This payment is not received by WBSEDCL, they have tried several times but not received it through BILLDESKX payment gateway but it's still pending, and they have informed me that the payment is not done. Though the amount is debited from my account on the same day of the payment but its not done.
                  I am not getting any support or help from CRED UPI app. Please do help and look into this matter. ASAP. Its urgent as my payment is overdue and I have to pay penalty if it's not done within time to WBSEDCL.

                    Someone has used my tele no /cred account on cred to purchase goods worth Rs337.00 on delightful gourmets on delightful gourmet via lazypay on ...21-Jan 2024.
                    As I can see on your app... I have not made any such transaction on 21-01-24. Please look into the matter and take remedial action.

                          Issue of ECS repayment

                          I would like to inform you that my cred app is wasting my money on ECS and this was the second time they debited 450/- from my account. Currently my bank balance is insufficient and hoping for further enquiries regarding the same issue. Kindly inform me on the issue....

                          I had made a payment from cred to pay school fees of my sister, the amount got debited from my account, but after a week the school informed they never received the payment. when i went back on cred to check what happened, It showed the transaction had failed and the amount was credited back to my account. but i the amount has not been reflecting since past two months, I've been running around between bank and cred to find out where is the money gone. but unfortunately neither the bank (SBI) nor CRED is replying or resolving the issue

                            Dreamplug Technologies Pvt Ltd. has deducted the amount (2296 ₹) from my Citibank Credit Card without my consent. Let me know why you have deducted that amount and do the reversal ASAP.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is ALIGINTI KARUNAKAR, i am a customer of ICICI Credit card. I did one mobile recharge transaction with Rs.666 for +91-[protected]-JIO Number, at that time the transaction is Failure. (By third-party transfer Dreamplug Technologi, Bangalore) through Cred app on[protected], with serial number:[protected]. After a few days I made a call to ICICI customer care, I requested them to refund my money Rs.666, on 13th December, 2023 Rs.666 credited (Interim charges) back to my account. Again on 1st January, 2024 Rs.666 is deducted from my credit card. After that again I called customer care, to refund my money. Without a successful transaction, why are you again deducting my money from my credit card? So, Please consider my request and do the needful for me. If you do not solve this problem, I will make a complaint to the ICICI Bank Ombudsman Committee.
