I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent transaction I initiated through the Cred platform. On October 30, 2023, I initiated a credit card payment amounting to INR 1, 81, 000 using Cred's services. Unfortunately, the payment has not been processed as of November 1, 2023.

I was prompted to seek a refund of the amount due to this delay, but to my dismay, Cred informed me that there is a technical issue preventing...

I did a upi transaction dated 25.09.2023 from cred app towards the advance payment of cred cash loan. however the money amounting to rs. 2723/- was deducted vide (ref no.[protected] but the transaction failed. i was expecting a refund for the transaction in 1-2 days since it was a upi transaction, however 7 days have passed but no result from bank end.

now after filing complaint with cred, they inform that vide utr no....

Dear Cred,

As per our last discussion, you were supposed to either clear my overdue amount of my HDFC credit card payment of Rs.54, 459/- or to make refund of Rs.54, 495/- + overdue charge in my source payment account within 48hrs.
but neither you have settled my failed transaction nor you have make any refund. I have cross checked with my credit card bank official and they clearly said they have not received any payment...

I have made withdrawal of Rs.240000 from CRED CASH at 09:50 on 08/08/2023.

They show "Get money within 55 seconds" but after more than 50 hours (2 days) money not received in my account.

They have no customer care number where I can talk.
They closed my query status without my acknowledgement.

Also they send me email stating that CRED CASH withdrawal is successful and deposited in your bank...

Hi Team,

The issue is very simple, If the Cred app had shown me the correct amount due (i.e.₹ 2, 75, 974) for the February statement instead of the incorrect amount (i.e. ₹2, 05, 974), I would have paid my entire bill.

I trusted the Cred app and paid the incorrect due amount (i.e. Rs. 2, 05, 974) for Feb.

Please escalate this issue to higher management so that the extra charges(i.e.₹20,...

I opted for a cresh cash loan. Now, that I wish to foreclose the loan, thet are adding the foreclosure charges despite claiming that they charge nothing. This is a clear case of cheating to consumer and misinforming them....

I paid kotak credit card payment of 286000 by cred app on 13th night at 9:30, still it's showing processing and I sent mails to customer support they always write back to me we regret for inconvenience caused.and they don't respond after 8pm at all. How cred managed without proper support team and support contact number with such huge transactions. Card due date also crossed I think card issuer will charge huge financial charges,...

I have took credit Card & Personl loan from SBI Credit Card as well as CRED. After delayed in some payment SBI Credit Card recover agent called my family Senoir citizen member as Well as Friends relatives my client & threatning for payment recovery. Cred also doing same. In my family n friends most of the people having diabetic & BP. So they recieved threatened call from both SBI recovery Agent as Well as Cred Recovery Agent. My Aunt's health...

THe payment made on 07.07.2022 is failed but the amount is been debited to my account. It is not reflecting in CRED app. The amount is Rs 17108.19 having ref. no. RRN[protected]. ( Credited to CREDCLUB1 account xxxx7853 ). It has been 7 days now, no confirmation from Cred App and ICICI bank had confirmed that the amount is successfully transfered. Biggest issue is there is no customer care number and only mail. On mail also we dont get...

Hi, My name is Raj Kumar Tripathi.
I paid my Axis Bank credit card bill on 10th July'22 for Rs 3150 via Cred app.

The transaction failed for the first time and I got a whatsapp message from Cred stating the same but the same transaction was processed again automatically by cred and it was successful the second time.

In the process my account was debited with Rs 3150 twice and its been 2 days the amount...

I paid my RBL credit card bill through cred app via upi of 7411.08rs on 19/6/2/22with order I'd 38GW25QW3PZE my problem is payment failed but money got debited from account but not refunded till date 10/7/2022 I just complained to cred about this issue they told that wait for 3 to 5 days no use then they asked statement of account on day to day from 19/6/2022 to 10/7/2022 no use as my cc due date is 27/06/ I suffered a lot of this irresponsible...

I have used the cred app to make my SBI credit card payment.

I made 1 transaction of rs. 512/- on 10th July 2022 from my IOB saving account for a credit card. But another amount is automatically deducted from rs. 1511.

I made transactions through the cred app

Dear Grievance Team,

I had made a payment of Rs 1, 07, 588.81 for my credit card using the CRED app on 8th April 2022. It has been 3 days but the amount has still not been credited to my credit card. The app keeps adding 1 more day to the estimated time of payment. Yesterday it was showing me that it would be credited by 12th April 2022. I have paid to clear out the dues for march (cred cash )amount 4518 and 4966 rs through internet banking wich i do normally. But still the amount wich i paid already still showing payment processing and till now its not sorted out . And i am worried . Again the same amount wich i paid already is again autodebited on 2nd of april and status( payment done ) So wat will happen to the amount of money wich i paid by myself by internet...
