[Resolved]  ICICI — Credit Card Not Issued and documents withheld since 1 month

Hi I am Shivkumar Pitchumani, I have applied for ICICI CORAL Credit card through one of your service agent Mrs Shreya and Mr Nikhil ( ICICI Boravali West Branch). My reference number is[protected]. Till now there is no whereabouts of my credit card and none of ICICI Borivali West Branch agents Mrs Shreya and Mr Nikhil are replying to my call. My main concern is the documents which I have submitted because it should not be misused. Also I am totally disappointed with the way ICICI Borivali West Customer Service Agent Mrs Shreya and Mr Nikhil has handled my issue. I shall be thankful to you If you look into this issue and make sure that my documents are not misused and handed back over to me if possible.
