Credit Sudhaar Services — regarding issue related to platinum service | |||||
Dear concern, This is to inform you that I have availed the platinum service from you through your relationship manager Yasmin.s and she told me to deposit Rs. 13221 to avail Platinum plan. Amd also she told me that she me he convert my outstanding amount of my credit cards into EMI after consult with the bank from her side but after avail the plan she refer my case to counsellor Monica and monica credit sudhaar didnot get any confirmation regarding conversion of outstanding amount into EMI and after that I consulted again to Yasmeen Shaikh and told her counsellor Monica denied to convert my outstanding in to EMI. And after that she transfered my file to Hiya Bajaj and she told me that you have to another Rs.12000 for further procedure. In whole episode, yasmeen and your team member always hide the process and never told me to submit another Rs.12000 after the avail platinum plan. Now as Hiya told me to submit another 12000, I was denied for it as it was ask me earkier before acquiring this service and told me that we couldnot further process your file before deposit another 12000. So, i was misguided by your team and my deposited amount was not refunded after the request as I am unable to deposit 12000. And if she said earlier for that I would never been avail this service. This is totally misleading and your employee yashmeen shaikh behave was totally disgusting and misconduct with me over the phone. In between this, before confirmation call from Joel, I asked few question regarding conversion into EMI and he told me that your company not to get confirmation for that. And Joel told me talk with yasmeen again . When I talked with yasmeen she get me confirmation regarding conversion of outstanding amount into EMI over the email. But now she refused for that and also not help me to refund my deposited amount. And also she speak rudely with me. So I request you kindly process my file as asked earlier on mail with what she commited over mail or refund my amount.
