Crocs — crocs color is fading

I've bought a shoe from metro shoes at m. G road ernakulam (The address & details of the purchase is given below). I bought it on june 5, it is used only for 2 months & now it's colour has faded, bottom of shoe is slightly wearing out, this product is lower than the desired quality, this is very much disappointing about the crocs company. My flip-flops which I got as a gift from friend got damage recently. So I went to shops nearby me which sell crocs but no one took it for service since it's not purchased at their shop and this flip-flops is not from India I got it from abroad. So please give me a solution to repair it or replace it.
