Respected sir,
I am a valuable crocs customer. I am sending this email regarding my crocs clog which i had bought through the authorised crocs website. It was a big size and i needed it to be replaced. But one of customer service of yours told that it would be refunded and it will be taken back. The return request have been approved and they told on last saturday (18/8/18) they will try to recollect the product back. But still now no one called us or took back the product. We are waiting to to give it back like three.. Four days and no one came. And when we contacted the courier service they were fooling us telling that they come on sunday or on monday but still no one came. We are been fooled and the service the crocs team provided was really very bad!!!
I am really sorry to say that the service very bad!!!
I hope the return will be collected as soon as possible and hope the need full be done.

but its brand sticker at the back side is almost gone.

    Hello,

    I had ordered literide black/white unisex clog
    Size m8/w10 on 16th june.

    I have been wearing corcs sice last 3 years
    Generally my corcs last till 15-18 months.
    Thsi time i ordered expensive crocs literide which are twice expensive as normal crocs clog.

    Its been a month i have been wearing it.
    And pasting on one of the crocs exnd with sole has been worn out.

    Kindly see the images attached.

    I had never expected such a low quality product that too expensive product to have low quality of pasting.

    I'm very disappointed by this lite ride product.

    I know i doesnt fall into your return policy.

    But i never expected such low quality product from corcs.

      I had ordered crocs women's isabella bronze fashion sandals - 4 uk/india (36-37 eu) 202463 on 15th july through amazon and received it on 17th july.
      The sandals are very soft but i have not even worn these sandals for one month continuously and the strap is already broken. Considering the name and reputation of your brand, i i would be grateful if you could arrange to exchange this pair with a new one. I am sure you will provide the necessary help required.

      I bought SWIFTWATER WAVE PURPLE BELLY SHOES of CROCS from jabong by 17th july, 2018. And within 1 month, it got damaged. I had a good expectation about the quality. But, I found price doesn't worth the quality.I would like to make a complaint and replacement of my shoe

        I had purchased a Crocs[protected] product from Mantri Mall (ROCIA showroom), Bangalore on 21st Jul 2018. there is some damage in the product. i sent around 8 emails but i am not getting proper response from crocs customer care ([protected]@crocs.com). i am really unhappy about the product & service. pls take this complaint seriously and take necessary action. I paid 2k for the product and not satisfied with their service.

          I bought a footwear last year from crocs worth Rs.3000. I started using the footwear recently after using continuously for a 4-5 time the footwear is gone. When I went to the shop to check if I can fit this they told the warranty period is only for 3 months and now they cannot do anything. When you buy such a costly footwear and think its a good brand and can use it for long or if something happens then we think we can go and check in the shop because its a branded product and they will help us but in reality its nothing like that. Next time before buying anything so costly I will think twice.

            I am extremely disappointed with the quality of crocs clogs which I bought for my son recently from Flipkart. My son has worn only crocs clogs ever since he was born and it is the first pair whose quality has totally disappointed us.
            The pair has a coloured blue sole or side strip whose color faded in just two wears !!!
            I have serious complaint about such a bad quality of this pair.
            How can you help me with this?

              Dear sir/ma’am,
              This is to inform you that i bought a pair of (Crocs men's citilane roka slip-on m sneakers) from elante mall, chandigarh last year 2017. The shoe pair is very slippery and they skid a lot due to which i fell down 3-4 times and hurt my spine badly. When i complained at the crocs store in elante, chandigarh, they furthur told me that the first batch of this shoe was faulty and they received a lot of complaints from people. When i asked them to replace it, they refused telling first file acomplaint then wll see to this matter. I have a lot of trust on crocs brand and strong beleif in helping out if this.. I dont want my money back, i just want you replace my shoe.

                I recently bought a crocs shoes worth rs 4495 which is of less grip and the sole has completely worn out in 2months time . And when it rains shoes are very low on grip and I fell down twice because of this and when it rains or I walk down the wet floor I have to walk as slow as a baby not to skid or fall . I am really unsatisfed with this product. Please take action against this

                  This complaint is regarding specifically sales executives of Crocs india store located at 1st floor Viviana Mall Thane (west). They have told me their names as Javed Mohamed & Sohail.

                  Today (11 july 2018), I went to the above store to discuss the problem in my crocs footwear(which got torn up suddenly while walking). I was discussing the issue with mr Javed, suddenly Mr Sohail pitched in and started talking very weirdly some what rudely (that way no body supposed to talk their customer specially to female customer)
                  When I objected against this behavior, he was not at all apologetic for the same and continued the same behavior.

                  They have no courtesy to listen to customer footwear issue and straight forward refused to provide any solution (repairing etc). I have spent 4000 bucks for this footwear(not bought for free) and as a basic courtesy was expecting some repair solution for them.

                  If they can't repair the footwear, its of no use for me. And as poor fellow like crocs India i left my footwear to store only(thinking they can still make money out of it!!)

                  Crocs India must teach some etiquettes to their sales executives so that they can behave properly with customers.

                  I must say & appreciate Metro shoes & Mochi shoes are far much better in dealing customer issues and they both even provide best solutions to the footwear purchased from their store not likely as Crocs india. Crocs India are worst !!!

                      I guess crocs stores are very much into taking the amounts like this. I made a purchase of crocs on 24th June 2018 and had tried to pay through debit card, the transaction was failed so i paid in cash. Later, the amount got deducted from my account as well. I provided them with my bank statement which clearly shows the amount is debited from crocs store against a specified POS number and still they are unable to track and resolve it or i must say they don't want to. I am tired to contact the customer suport but they are not ready to respond and resolve. I think some major actions are required to be taken against them so that they upgrade their policies regarding customer services.

                        Sir,

                        I purchased a pair of sanrah embellished wedge flip from reliance foot prints oberon mall edapally on 23 rd may 2018. Used much in the month of june. But its strap came out without proper glueing. Unfortunately i misplaced its bill and fail to spot it out. But i have the tag of the wedges. Was happy with the product. Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue.

                        I purchased a crocs slipper which costed me 2600 (approx) last year in june (2017). Inspite of being so costly the slipper has broken and its pasting has given away with an year of purchase. If a slipper costing 2600 rupees would not even last for 12 calender months, then what quality can we expect from a company with international name like crocs

                          I bought kids shoes from shop croc online. During payment the site directed me to PayZapp app on my phone and I did payment. However the site shows as transaction error and the order status shows as status cancelled. I need your help here. Pooja one of the service agent of shop crocs was little bit of help but even she could help me with where the payment have credited to which account. I have shared the snapshot of my bank transaction and also the message received by my bank. I really think better management with regards to customer money as I have already given them my bank details of transaction success through my bank. I need crocs to check the bank accounts with their accounts team.

                          Hi I had registered a complaint a month ago.
                          I have been using crocs for years now and have many pairs. The last one I bought has been a disaster due to the very bad shoe bites. I was told I can exchange it for another design. I would like to do that

                            I bought crocks worth rs. 3999/- from lifestyle store, lower parel mumbai. But sorry to say not at all happy with product. I wore footwear for the first time and got sore blisters. As you people mentioned that it is made of croslite material band keeping sore blisters away. But really surprised with its cheap quality. I think first copy crocs available at cheaper rate would be better than this. I always go for good brands for footwear to avoid damage to my foot and body. But really shooked with high brands of crocs. I request for review of this product and suitable exchange/ refund to be made.

                              Greetings!!

                              On december 2017 i purchased a crocs clog in phoenix mall chennai., by may 2018 the clog got 2 torn in it.
                              31 may 2018 i gave to same shop for repair the clog.
                              Today got delivered from them., sales person said this is worst model of croc. You should not gone for it. Crocs just applied glue on the torn place., after using it in 1 hour again it got torn.
                              I bought it for 3000 rs., worst quality in this product.
                              I need a proper valuable reply mail for this. Once again i cant go to phoenix mall chennai crocs shop and submit this foe rework. Phoenix mall is 27 kms away from my home. Kindly replace this product.

                                I have bought crocs crocband clogs
                                Model batman vs superman from amazon.in
                                Within 2 week o[censored]sing the crocband slightly removed from it and i sticked with a glue... Oneday i it is under the sun for 4-6 hours after its moulding is decreased and not possible to wear... Size has been reduced... Crocband cracked.. Maximum 2 maximum i used...
                                Find a solution for this... Replacement or repairing

                                  3 months back.. The strips and back belt is broken.. I have purchased the crocs worth 2000/- just because i am trusting this brand... We are paying so much for the brand as it’s of gud quality & lasts long.. I need the piece to be replaced, kindly revert back soon

Rupees, i fall down lot of time due to this my back bone problem and my foot problem arises, i am warning you that your cheap quality products harmful for me and your product harm my body, so for this reason i am taking a legal action in consumer court as soon as possible if you are not solving my problem, it is your responsibility to check your product and then sell it

                                        Hi, i bought crocs from reliance footprints, focus mall, calicut. I just used it for one week and then i kept it unused as i was out of station. Then once i returned back, it got shrinked. I went to the showroom and talked to the manager, mr sajeesh. His behaviour wasn't satisfactory and asked go to crocs with complaint. Thing is, i am buying crocs for first time, and i am having bad times. As you know, it's expensive compared to other products, i couldn't use it now. Kindly provide me a replacement with next higher size
