Dear Sirs
I am writing to complain about the quality of your premium product(BATCH ID-9535) which I purchased on 22/02/2021 in the sum of 3295 rupees.
You will see from the enclosed photographs that your product has started to come apart at the seams connecting the main body of the shoe to the heel and sole. After only five months of normal everyday wear, I am surprised that a premium product should start to deteriorate in this way
I request either a full refund or a replacement of a higher quality
I reserve the right to take further steps to secure recompense
Please let me have a reply within seven days of the date of this complaint
