I am using crocs for over a month now and I am now facing quality issues and am not happy with the quality of my crocs. The quality of my crocband navy crocs is so poor and side lining of my crocs is peeling off by itself. Never expected this from such a reputed company Crocs

Now I am drafting this mail to raise a concern regarding my experience on visiting an authorised CROCS outlet in Trivandrum which is my hometown.

I am aware that CROCS is one of the premium footwear brands throughout the world and I was interested in purchasing a model from a nearby outlet. Frankly speaking, I am not a true fan of online purchases, as we already know that guaranteed trust cannot be placed in the case of genuine and quality. Because of that, I always visit directly to the company store to experience the touch and feel, comfort and satisfaction of the fashion products.

Coming to the point, today (05/10/2021) I visited the Crocs brand outlet in MALL OF TRAVANCORE (Trivandrum, Kerala) and met two staffs, one is a lady (don't know her name) and the other one is a male staff(Name - Mr. Arshid). The outlet was empty and I entered the outlet, saw many excellent products and made a roam inside for searching my desired clogs (Men's Navy Clogs). I enquired about the rates and offers if any and asked for the trial to confirm the fitting and comfort. Mr. Arshid provided a clog for that and I wore it. Suddenly, the lady staff asked me whether I came here only for just knowing the size only than purchasing. I didn't respond anything for that. Then I got attracted towards a clog model having a higher heel that costs around Rs. 3995. I asked Mr. Arshid for taking a look at that model.

Suddenly, the lady restricted me with a loud voice " You are not allowed to do the trial again and again for multiple products". On hearing that, I was shocked and became irritated. I don't know why she told me like that. (To be honest, I don't know whether CROCS BRAND having a rule like, customer has no right to do the trial of wearing the footwear.)
As per my knowledge, I truly believe that all the premium brands that are currently running in India provide the trial session of their lucrative products to the customers to experience the quality. I strongly believe that, as a customer, I also have the right to do so before spending money on the product.

After that incident, Mr. Arshid and the lady returned to their seats without saying anything to me. I just stood there alone unattended in the display section for almost 15 minutes. Initially, I thought that they might be busy, but the whole outlet was empty and I was the only customer there. Then I realised that they are ignoring me by leaving me unattended. (Maybe the lady thought that I am not at all a genuine customer to purchase this brand and Mr. Arshid also left from attending because of her instructions I guess.) After that, I left the outlet without purchasing anything from there with heavy disappointment.

I know that Crocs is a fast selling product and because of that reason only, I came to you. Unfortunately, it was a pathetic experience for me indeed. Let me add a point that the dealing of Mr. Arshid was not bad, but I am not sure about the strange behaviour of the female staff. I was about to purchase the high heel clogs that I liked the most, unfortunately, because of that atrocious experience, I dropped the plan to purchase that. WHY SHOULD I INVEST THE MONEY IN THE BRAND THAT HAS PROVIDED ME WITH THE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I will never recommend to my friends or relatives to purchase this product from the outlet or the brand as well. There are many international brands available in our country that enhances the best quality products as well as the first-class customer experience. (Personal experience also).

additionally, I wish to share some concerns with you to get to know better.

1) Is this the same pathetic customer service that your brand staffs are providing to all of your customers who visit the outlet directly? If so, kindly look into that issue so that most of the customer complaints can be cleared and can help in promoting the sales in that outlet.

2) Is there any rule in the brand that trials are strictly prohibited for the customers who directly visit the outlet for experiencing the touch and feel of the product?
(Even the automobile manufacturers provide the test drive of the lucrative cars to the customers to enhance the best customer experience before the purchase.)

Did the brand provide any sort of customer service training to the staffs before the appointment? If not, kindly provide that so that, it would surely enhance your marketing. A delightful customer experience would be one of the most significant factors to promote a brand and the products.

Kindly issue a warning to that lady staff if possible for her misbehaviour to the customer. I also checked the review and saw the complaints about the lady as well. Hence, I believe that my side is clear.

I bought 2 pairs of crocs literide sandals from crocs showroom in Trivandrum and Metro store Thiruvalla.. Both my sandals got damaged within few months.
I am very much disappointed with the product. I purchased the product with much expectation but much dissatisfied..

The pairing of my crocs shoes has come off. He wants to do the pasting. Where can I do it?

I am using crocs brand since 2014, purchased more than 15 crocs footwear’s. This is the first time, am having this issue. Felt really bad . Crocs being the most trusted footwear company . I always relay upon. Even I suggest it to my friends and relatives, since 2014. Even some crocs I purchased in 2019 is still durable, I use them occasionally. Recently I purchased a new crocs, which got torned near the forefoot.

I bought 3 pairs of slip ons 2 from Galleria market store-gurugram-DLF phase 4 and one from South extn, Delhi. I am so disappointed as all 3 developed holes at the toes place. This is such a waste of money. I took them to the store at Dehradoon as I was there and they said this cant be repaired. I have wasted around 12000rs and I have resolved to never buy crocs shoes again.

I feel the quality of the material is really poor and that is the reason as I do not have nails also. I request for a replacement or refund or repair.

I have purchased one month back crocs flipflops on mynthra app. July 15 then its belt is damged only one month used its poor quality flipflop crocs india. Dont sell this type product on crocs..

I bought kitchen shoes black on 22nd July 2021 from Ghittorni showroom. After 3rd o[censored]se the sole tore apart. Self returned it to the store and storekeeper replaced it on 6 August 2021 with a new pair. After using for 2 days the sole again tore apart which was again given to the store manager Mr Gulshan on 11th August. As this was the 3rd time I was visiting the store for just a pair of shoes I was little sceptical about the quality and thus asked for the refund which was denied by the store manager saying it is not in their policy to refund and he promised me to provide a fresh pair which will be of good quality and incase the product is not good, he will refund me. He also offered me to stich the shoes which I don't understand for a 4 days old shoe.
My expectation with the crocs brand is nothing now as I don't expect the shoes for which you charging 500 bucks extra by saying the sole is superb. Please do something about it as I can't waste my energy and time in going to the store again. It is just a pair of shoes and not Taj Mahal I am going to buy. All I want is my money to refunded at the earliest.

I bought crocs from ghittorni branch on 22 July 2021.4 days after use the sole tore apart which was then returned to the same store saying they will get it replaced by a new pair. I got the new pair on 6august. But to my surprise the new pair sole also tore apart after two day use. I bought bistro black M6W8 which are kitchen shoes and were expected to be highly durable but I was only disappointed with the quality, not just once but twice.

I had purchased a crocs slipper online through NYKAA FASHIONS vide order no.NYK[protected]Crocs sloane black )on date June 1, 2021 the said slipper had broken on July 17, 2021.
Mailed several times but there is no response.
Never expected this with crocs since I had been a regular customer from last 7 years and was confident on the quality of the product .
Very disappointed now, seek redresal of my complaint on priority

I am writing to complain about the quality of your premium product(BATCH ID-9535) which I purchased on 22/02/2021 in the sum of 3295 rupees.
You will see from the enclosed photographs that your product has started to come apart at the seams connecting the main body of the shoe to the heel and sole. After only five months of normal everyday wear, I am surprised that a premium product should start to deteriorate in this...

When i received crocs literide on 17th july 2021.. one side of strap was about to cut..when i tried to watch it was broken up.. please help me out of this

I have bought crocs men’s sandals on Jan 14 2021 and due to COVID pandamic I have hardly used these sandals and it is not even 6 months now the logo came and completely dissatisfied with the product

We had bought 2 pairs of Crocs ladies slippers in size 7 from reliance footwear on 24.04.2021. The strap came off in a slipper within 2 days of light usage.

Need replacement

I bought a product worth Rs.2500/-INR but it got damaged in a very short period, kindly replace or repair that product
also i have wrote mail to [protected]@crocs.com on 9th Jul-21. still no revert for that. really are you having customer service and all.

I had purchased this flipflop only. 7 months ago and its strap has broken with gentle usage only.It is a shame to pay 2500 for a slipper to be broken so easily in such less time and the quality is worst.

We had bought a pair of Crocs Lite Ride slippers from your exclusive outlet in Great India Place, Noida in September, 2020 only about 9 months ago.

We paid an extremely high price of approximately Rs 4, 000 for the above footwear. Naturally, the expectation was that it would last at least 2 years or so.

We are bitterly disappointed that the strap snapped last week, making it impossible for me to use the footwear.

Since we have implicit faith in Crocs, we saw no need to preserve the footwear. Therefore, I do not have the Invoice..

Please replace the defective footwear..
