Hello team,

I have bought crocs men’s sandals on Jan 14 2021 and due to COVID pandamic I have hardly used these sandals and it is not even 6 months now the logo came and completely dissatisfied with the product...

We had bought 2 pairs of Crocs ladies slippers in size 7 from reliance footwear on 24.04.2021. The strap came off in a slipper within 2 days of light usage.

Need replacement...

I bought a product worth Rs.2500/-INR but it got damaged in a very short period, kindly replace or repair that product
also i have wrote mail to [protected]@crocs.com on 9th Jul-21. still no revert for that. really are you having customer service and all....

I had purchased this flipflop only. 7 months ago and its strap has broken with gentle usage only.It is a shame to pay 2500 for a slipper to be broken so easily in such less time and the quality is worst....

We had bought a pair of Crocs Lite Ride slippers from your exclusive outlet in Great India Place, Noida in September, 2020 only about 9 months ago.

We paid an extremely high price of approximately Rs 4, 000 for the above footwear. Naturally, the expectation was that it would last at least 2 years or so.

We are bitterly disappointed that the strap snapped last week, making it impossible for me to use the footwear.br...

I have buy this crocs on 08/09/2020 but I start wear it after 3 month mean in 2021 January after 6 month only the pasting is coming out from the sole itself so i went to shopkeeper to exchange my product but he is saying the product will exchange by the company because it has completed 3 month warranty .If buying so expensive product it last for only 6 month why so I buy so I request you to exchange or replace my product with new Product...

I have been using crocs for a very long time. This time I bought a
new pair of crocs from Amazon and they shrunk within a month to an extent that it sharted hurting my foot. It is my first bad experience with crocs and earlier nothing like this happened. Attached is the shrinked image of crocs and the invoice.

Hoping for a quick resolution.

I had brought a Crocs for 4k before 1.5 years which is taunt very badly within use of a year which is good in performance but not feasible for using longer for a huge amount as its upper part is of lower quality....

Actually i have before 3 months purchased female slippers crocs but If the step of the sleeper from the side is uprooted, please correct this sleeper.

Hi i have purchased crocs shoes and wear almost 10 times and the colour have been faded from front on its very first simple water wash really shoked to see this type of quality from crocs buying both shoes and slippers from crocs from last 2 yrs first time this happened looking forward for ur responce.

Im a regular customer of yours, I have purchased a product from your showroom on 30/11/2020 . after 2 months of purchase I have noticed a colour change in one of my chappal, again after 2 weeks my both chappal of corcs have been became colour fade. Really sad to have this as I didnt have such an experience before from you .

At now this is the condition...

Get rid of your after sales team and fire the person who could not copy and paste a simple address and sent package to a different city.
And moreover, you shameless guys, Have some decency to inform customers that order is being delayed and acknowledge your fault that you shipped to somewhere else.

I will now look for some sort of compensation for wasting my days and keeping my money and the mental trauma that you guys...

I bought crocs 2 years back and the strap of my sandals is broken. I went to shoemakers to fix it and everyone is saying because of rubber it can’t be fixed. I really love it please help me how to fix it....

And slipper was damage on 16 Jan 2021
I made a complaint with Amazon... Still now there no response... So 1yr warranty period I have so.. I want to claim for my product...

I’ve always preferred crocs for my day to day usage. This time I’m highly disappointed with the quality of the crocs slides that I’ve got. I had placed my order on the crocs website but it seems like the product that I’ve got is a local/duplicate product and not a branded one from crocs. Instead of comforting me the slides are hurting my feet and I’ve got a shoe bite....
