Crocs India — Pending transaction

I have decided to purchase a pair of crocs through my credit card .
The order status is pending and i dont know if i should repay or just leave it at that. What if i repay online but the product arrives as to be paid cash on delivery.
Either that or i can cancel it.
But since the payment is pending there's no option present to cancel such an order.
Im baffled.
I have sent and email to cross and they said they would respond and take care of the situation
Yet it's been more than 24 hours and yet no action is taken.
I am quite disappointed.
I will never purchase any products of crocs.
Not worth it.
